Billy Chemirmir, 48, an illegal alien, was convicted this year of the murders of 25 elderly Americans.
Chemirmir was convicted in April of the murder of Lu Thi Harris, 81, one of 25 of his elderly victims. Chemirmir is accused of killing the victims, then stealing their belongings and selling them online between April 2016 and April 2018.
Chemirmir is thought to be Texas’s deadliest serial killer.
Now, Chemirmir has been indicted by Collin County prosecutors for four of the murders. The victims in the murder indictments are 90-year-old Marilyn Bixler, 79-year-old Diane Delahunty, 93-year-old Mamie Miya, and 82-year-old Helen Lee.
Lee was not previously named in the case.
“These indictments ought to serve as a reminder to every victim of violent crime that their case should be investigated and prosecuted. Collin County law enforcement and prosecutors will work every day to hold violent offenders responsible,” Greg Willis, Collin County District Attorney, stated in a statement.
Angel Families issued a statement that read:
We the families and loved ones of Marilyn Bixler, Diane Delahunty, Helen Lee, and Mamie Miya are grateful to hear of today’s four additional capital murder indictments. These indictments are another step in holding Billy Chemirmir accountable for the full extent of his horrible crimes. We’d like to thank the police and prosecutors for listening to us, and for their continued efforts to see that justice is done for all the victims and their loved ones.
Collin County previously indicted Chemirmir on five counts of capital murder and two counts of attempted capital murder. These cases are still pending, and Chemirmir will be tried in October.
Chemirmir was convicted in April after his murder trial in Dallas County had been declared a mistrial. According to the jury, one juror from the 12-member jury made sure that the verdict was “hopelessly deadlocked.”
Harris is not the only victim. Chemirmir was also linked to 24 others:

After Chemirmir was arrested in May 2019, Breitbart News reported exclusively that Chemirmir, a Kenyan citizen, arrived in the U.S. in July 2003 on a B-2 tourist visa. Chemirmir, who was only supposed to be temporarily in the U.S. for a few days, overstayed his visa and became an illegal alien that could be deported.

Chemirmir was not deported, which would have rendered him ineligible for any legal status in the U.S. Chemirmirmir was granted a green card in November 2007.
We discovered that Chemirmir had a criminal history, which included convictions for drunk driving and trespassing as well as assault and obstruction of a police officer.
Chemirmir Kenyan is the definition of a true psychopath, and I believe there is a special place in hell with the worse kind of suffering imaginable for people like him. If Biden would do something about the illegal immigrant issue in our country, this may have never happened, but he is too busy getting kickbacks from raising prices on everything to worry about an illegal man taking the lives of elderly people who clearly can’t defend themselves.
