On Thursday, as we reported there was a wild exchange between Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), and Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX).
Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) said in the past he’s compared the House to “The Jerry Springer Show.” Then in reference to the wild moments on Thursday, he said he would apologize to the show. That caused AOC to flip out and chastise him, saying that she was standing up for women, and somehow, MTG talking about Crockett’s eyelashes was racist and misogynist.

Crockett then tried to make money off of what she said about MTG, even using it as a hashtag, #bleachblondbadbuiltbutchbody How incredibly far has our Congress fallen, with stuff like this? And can we talk about how she’s using an LGBTQ term in a derogatory way? Where is AOC chastising her about that?
“So we are going to drop ‘A Crockett Clapback Collection,’” she wrote in the caption. “This collection will feature various swag that includes random things I’ve said. The money will go to ensuring that we have a Democratic House! Give me a little time to really get the swag online etc., but B6 will drop first.”
“If you have things you want to see come to life let me know. Post graphics or just phrases that you want to see.”
But people immediately noticed a very funny problem with the merchandise. How did she spell her name?
She misspelled her own name. That’s incredibly funny. She was so intent on pushing the merchandise, she couldn’t take the time to get it right. If she can’t even get something like this right, what kind of a member of Congress is she?
I guess we already know the answer to that. She’s still trying to grift off an episode in which she looked very bad and immature. But she doesn’t even realize that. She thinks she’s the hero in this drama, when she fails to act professionally and is continuing in that same fashion with this merchandise pitch.
People couldn’t quite believe it, and many mocked her into next week.
Bottom line? I don’t think that effort will work out very well for her when, instead of buying shirts, people are doubled over and laughing.
