Biden’s Latest Remarks Are a Mess: Contradicts Himself, Has No Idea What He’s Saying About Israel, Border

Joe Biden didn’t have a lot on his schedule on Tuesday. All he had to do was go to campaign receptions in Massachusetts. But his bizarre statements are leading to two days of coverage about what a mess he is.

As I reported on Tuesday, the big comment he reportedly made at one of the receptions that caught media attention was “If Trump wasn’t running, I’m not sure I’d be running. We cannot let him win.”

But that wasn’t all. Even in the friendly surroundings of campaign receptions, he continues to botch what he’s saying and makes no sense.

At the Boston reception, he spoke about a border wall being “one of the most draconian actions possible to keep immigrants out of America.” Which perhaps explains why he has no security at the border, illegal aliens are pouring in, and thanking him for it.  But no worries, he’s for “ti-tech” to deal with the situation.

How’s that been working out at the border?

Then, at the reception in Weston, he spoke more about the situation in Israel and, as usual, made it about himself and got it wrong. He spoke about his meeting with Golda Meir “after the Six-Day War.”

The Six-Day War was in 1967. Biden didn’t meet Meir until 1973. He was still in school and not a senator in 1967. But this is something he doesn’t seem to be able to keep straight and has confused in the past. The war that he likely was referencing in 1973 was the Yom Kippur War, and he met with Meir before that, not after.

Biden also got the date of the Oct. 7, 2023 attack on Israel wrong.

Biden also claims that he immediately went to Israel after the attack. If eleven days later is “immediately.”

But then when queried about his statement about Trump by reporters, if he truly said that, he seemed to contradict whether he meant it, saying he expected he would run anyway. However, he said Trump was running, so “I have to run.”

That’s wild, it’s all about Trump living rent-free in his head, not about what he would want to do for America. At this point, all he is doing is making everything worse.

And what he said about the American hostages — believed to be eight people — was not encouraging. He didn’t seem to know what the story was, “I don’t know where it’s gonna go.”

He also seemed to confirm that yes, other groups were involved in holding at least some of them.

Biden looked horrible in addition to botching what he was saying. But this is the guy that the Democrats are putting forth, at least at this point.
