I think it’s fair to say that Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) has an over-inflated opinion of herself.
She seems to think that being the loudest makes one the best at what one does. But Democrats are frequently out of touch like that. She brings a festival of ridiculous comments as her calling card.

On Sunday, Crockett was interviewed on MSNBC by Alex Witt, who asked her if the Democrats would push for investigations into President Donald Trump’s family if the Democrats won back the House and/or the Senate in the midterms. Check out what Crockett does.
She marks and shimmies in her seat at the possibility, “Well, Alex, I’m glad you asked!” “Here we go!” Witt responds.
Then Crockett confirms it because she doesn’t know enough to know you’re not supposed to let the cat out of the bag at this stage. Of course, it’s no secret, however, that’s all they’re thinking about. She claims there will be no shortage of things for them to look into.
It’s just one more big reason not to vote for the Democrats, because you know what their plan is.
All they know how to do is go after their opponents because they have no real ideas to offer the American people. But this is like a big, flashing red light saying “Reject us!” sign to moderates and independents, who want action and aren’t captured by this nonsense. Who wants another Congress with a lot of investigations that stall everything? And they would go nowhere because the Senate isn’t flipping. Given how bad the Democrats have been, the Republicans could also hold onto the House.
Crockett also reveals that her goal is to run for the leadership of the Oversight Committee if the Democrats win back the House.
âI absolutely do. You know unfortunately we are going to lay our dear colleague Gerry Connolly to rest here on Tuesday. There will have to be an election to determine who is going to lead the Oversight Committee,â Crockett continued.
âUltimately I am hoping and praying that my colleagues see that I can provide what we need as a team to make sure that we can move forward and instill some confidence in the American people by knowing that they have a real fighter who will not back down even in the face of all the threats that I will have waged at me,â Crockett added. âBecause Lord knows I get death threats every single day. But at the end of the day I truly believe that God will never leave my side and so I will fight fearlessly and ferociously for the American people.â
Having Crockett out front as the face of the Democratic Party has been one of the best things…for Republicans. It continues to emphasize to those in the middle how extreme the Democrats are, between her and people like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), one of the other current “faces” of the party.
