Europe is poised on the brink of a precipice, and the European Commission is trying to shove it over the edge.
Most of the nations of Europe are in serious trouble. Not only are they simply not breeding, but they have thrown open the gates to illegal immigration, most from the Middle East and North Africa. Hordes of “migrants,” as the European governments call them, have flooded in to take advantage of the generous social welfare systems, and the result is that many European cities now have “no-go” enclaves where even law enforcement can’t go.
On Tuesday, we learned that the European Commission, rather than trying to stem this flood, is looking to legitimize it – to make it easier.
The EU’s 2026 migration pact is being slammed as a blueprint for legalising mass immigration—while doing little to stop the crisis at Europe’s borders.
Last week, the European Commission published a progress report on the implementation of the European Pact on Migration and Asylum, which is expected to be fully operational by June 2026. Although Brussels notes progress in technical areas like fingerprinting, it also issues an urgent call to Member States to reinforce several key areas, including border procedures and legal guarantees for migrants.
However, behind this technical appeal lies a troubling reality: the pact does not aim to curb immigration but to redirect it through legalized channels, opening pathways that previously did not exist. As many critical voices have warned, this strategy could lead to a profound transformation of the European model without addressing the causes of mass immigration or its consequences on host societies.
“Profound transformation” is an understatement of cosmic proportions. We are looking at the end of Europe, the end of nations and peoples that have lived in and governed in Europe since the fall of the Roman Empire. We are looking at the end of nations that gave rise to Western civilization, to the Enlightenment, to the Industrial Revolution. And unlike Rome, these new “leaders” in Europe are not only throwing open the gates, they are offering subsidized housing and welfare benefits to the invaders.
The proposal isn’t without its detractors:
Criticism of the pact is not limited to the traditional sovereignist right. In a recent interview with europeanconservative.com, Balázs Orbán—chief adviser to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán—warned that the new legal framework is a “backdoor” that would normalize mass immigration. He denounced that even conservative parties have accepted this pact without properly assessing its implications.
Orbán emphasized that an effective migration policy should focus on halting new entries, not enabling new mechanisms to facilitate them. He also expressed concern about the impact of these measures on Europe’s cultural cohesion and the pressure they place on Eastern Member States, which have traditionally adopted more restrictive policies in this area.
That does have a familiar ring to it. But the United States has now closed the southern border, and shouting from hysterical pro-illegal-immigration nitwits aside, we’re starting to move the illegal aliens back out. It may be the work of a decade or more, but at least we’ve gotten started.
Europe, though, may be past the point of no return.

Trump Has ‘Very Nice Call’ With EU Commission President, Changes Tactics on 50 Percent Tariff
It’s very likely that in another generation or two, much of Europe will be a Muslim caliphate. A mosque will stand in the place of Notre Dame. Imams will preside over the House of Commons. Women from Sweden to Spain will be shrouded in burkas and forbidden to leave their homes without a male escort. And the European Commission will have facilitated and encouraged the fall of the wellspring of Western civilization.
Where’s a Charles Martel when he’s needed?
Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left’s lies, new legislation wasn’t needed to secure our border, just a new president.
