Donald Trump’s VP pick JD Vance struck back at Democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris after she questioned his loyalty to the country despite the fact that he’s a former U.S. Marine and put his life on the line for this nation.
She directly questioned his patriotism even though he served in Iraq:
Harris said in a 45-second YouTube video posted on July 16 that Vance would be “loyal only to Trump, not to our country” and a “rubber stamp for [Trump’s] extreme agenda.”
Vance wasn’t about to take that shot lying down and fired back during a St. Cloud, MN, Trump rally Saturday.
“Now, I saw the other day Kamala Harris questioned my loyalty to this country. That’s the word she used; loyalty. And it’s an interesting word. Semper Fi: loyalty, because there is no greater sign of disloyalty to this country than what Kamala Harris has done at our southern border,” said Vance.

As Harris has helped cover up the mental decline of her boss, President Joe Biden, and done nothing to stem the flow of illegal crossings at our southern border or done much of anything else during her tenure as vice president, Vance asked how she felt she was in any sort of position to question his credentials:
And I’d like to ask the vice president, what has she done to question my loyalty to this country? I served in the United States Marine Corps. I went to Iraq for this country. I built a business for this country.
Vance added, “And my running mate took a bullet for this country. So my question to Kamala Harris is, what the hell have you done to question our loyalty to the United States of America?“
But Vance wasn’t done. What exactly has she contributed, he asked. He also had the answer: zilch.
“And the answer, my friends, is nothing. So let’s send a message to the media. Let’s send a message to Kamala Harris. Let’s send a message to every hardworking patriot from Minnesota across the country. We are ready to have President Donald J. Trump back, and we’re going to work our tails off to make sure it happens,” he concluded.
The polls have tightened since Joe Biden backed out of his reelection campaign and Harris became the presumptive nominee, but Trump is still in the lead in multiple swing states. Vance is showing that he is not going to be a silent partner in Trump’s effort but will be an outspoken advocate for their beliefs.
Before Joe hung up his spurs and quit the race, many were looking forward to a Vance-Harris debate, but that won’t happen now. However, bring the popcorn to the debate between JD and whoever Kamala picks as her VP because if this speech is any indication, he’s likely to bring fire.
