As we’ve reported, there has been much speculation about what Barack Obama and Donald Trump talked about as they sat next to one another at the funeral of former president Jimmy Carter on Thursday. They certainly seemed chummy despite the fact that they’ve been political rivals for over a decade and have slammed each other verbally with extremely harsh rhetoric.
But there they were, acting like two old high school buds yukking it up.

Trump is known for trolling his opponents on social media, and he wasn’t about to let this moment pass. On Saturday, he posted a hilarious video with fake audio purporting to reveal what the two former presidents discussed. (And yes, one of those men is also our future president.)
“Obama” admits that Kamala was a “horrendous” candidate:
FAKE OBAMA: Well, Mr. President —
FAKE TRUMP: For a second time.
Barack, very nice to see you.
FAKE OBAMA: Congratulations. So how you doing?
FAKE TRUMP: A lot better now.
FAKE OBAMA: Yeah, I bet. I knew you’d win.
FAKE TRUMP: Oh, really? Oh come on. Anyone could beat her.

The video next shows the fake voices talking about just what a terrible candidate Kamala Harris proved to be, and they let Joe Biden have it as well:
FAKE OBAMA: I was just as appalled. You know what happened. He [Biden] just didn’t wanna leave.
FAKE TRUMP: I know.
FAKE OBAMA: I did what I could to help her. She was horrendous.
FAKE TRUMP: I know. You know what I realized? Hillary [Clinton] still hates me. [“Obama” laughs. Camera pans to the very unhappy looking former First Lady.] She’ll never forgive me.
The two voices, presumably AI, then discuss meeting up for golf. The thought of that actually happening is mind-melting, which is why it’s so funny.
The camera turns to Vice President Kamala Harris and husband Doug Emhoff walking in, looking about as uncomfortable as it’s possible for humans to look. The pair is silent for a while as music is played, but then they can’t help but start chatting again like two high school students who can’t keep quiet in class:
FAKE OBAMA: Did you see that? She [Kamala] won’t even look at me.
FAKE TRUMP: Really?
The conversation ends with “Obama” admitting, “She’s not built for this.”
Some critics of the president-elect have long despised his use of mockery and his trolling of his opponents on social media, and you can be sure not everyone will find this humorous. However, I have argued that humor is an essential weapon in the conservative arsenal—the progressives have gone so insane over the last decade or more that they must be relentlessly mocked. It’s an effective way of showing how truly out-to-lunch—and how dangerous to our way of life— that many of them have become.

This one is so funny to me because I can actually believe this is what Obama really thinks about the failed Harris campaign. Obviously, he would never say such things out loud, but it’s riotous to think of him letting loose—and to Trump of all people.
