As if we needed any further evidence that illegal immigrant criminals were a real problem, we learn Thursday that the beleaguered city of Aurora, Colorado, has now had another problem with illegal aliens – this one, at least, has been resolved, for the moment. On Thursday, the Aurora Police Department released information that a sophisticated burglary ring, consisting of Columbian nationals, was picked up and jailed after a “thorough and exhaustive investigation.”
A crew of “highly sophisticated” Colombian nationals has been arrested in Aurora, Colorado, after allegedly targeting and burglarizing nearly two dozen homes, authorities revealed.
The Auroroa (sic) Police Department announced in a release that authorities arrested five suspects Thursday, March 27, during searches of two homes. Police said multiple agencies recovered hundreds of pieces of stolen property, including cash, jewelry, and high-priced clothing and accessories.
Police said the suspects operated a “sophisticated” burglary ring and used counter-surveillance measures to target their victims, using signal jamming technology to bypass residential alarm systems.
“This was a thorough and exhaustive investigation conducted by our detectives,” said Marc Paolino, commander of the Aurora Police Department Investigations Bureau. “I couldn’t be prouder of the commitment and dedication of our officers and investigators.”
Counter-surveillance, signal jammers – while there’s no information on these goblins’ backgrounds, this is not only sophisticated but suspiciously so. Could they be former military or law enforcement themselves? It’s possible, but all we have is speculation at this point.
Four suspects were taken into custody in Colorado, while police in Ohio picked up the fifth. Authorities said the suspects are in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The five were wanted on charges of attempted second-degree burglary or conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, both felonies.
Note, once again, that Denver, which neighbors Aurora, is a “sanctuary” jurisdiction – as is the state, with state laws passed directing local law enforcement to deny providing assisstance to immigration authorities.
Colorado has been criticized for its sanctuary policies, with state law prohibiting local and state law enforcement from working with federal authorities to remove illegal immigrants.

These policies, needless to say, not only enable but encourage goblins like these to move in and commence preying on the citizens. The city of Denver and the state of Colorado share some culpability in this case and others.
Goblins like these aren’t here in the United States to send some money back to the wife and kids or to earn some American cash for Grandma’s operation. They are predators, come north to prey on Americans. The very sophisticated nature of the crimes committed by these five indicated that they didn’t turn to crime out of any inability to find honest work. No, these five came here intending to do precisely what they are charged with doing, to prey on the people of Aurora, Colorado, and, it seems certain, other places in the Denver metropolitan area. These five have now been caught – but what happens next? Will an obliging Arapahoe or Adams County judge let them out on their own recognizance? Will ICE scoop them up if that happens?
How many more cabals like this are there in Aurora? In Colorado? In the United States?
