If you haven’t heard, democracy is under attack according to the Democrats and their errand girl Liz Cheney. Take a seat, dear readers. I don’t believe you’re ready for this one.
They are right.
Let’s start with some clarification. While I know that we live within a representative republic, not a democracy I will still use the latter description as it is what I believe is being used in the false narrative that I would like to dissect.
Although the Democrats and their flying monkeys within the mainstream media continue to assault democracy, it is still progress. They wage an ideological war against anyone who disagrees with their increasingly commie policies. This is their ultimate goal: one-party rule in America.
Democrats are determined to marginalize and eventually disenfranchise conservatives and Republicans by lying constantly about them. Liberal rants about Republicans on social media are a sign that the ranter has never had meaningful contact with a conservative. All of them are railing against the HuffPo image of what a conservative looks like.
The Democrats are not new to fearmongering about Republican motives or policies. For decades, they have been warning Americans that any suggestion by the GOP to make Medicare or Social Security more financially solvent would result in the death of every grandma/grandpa in America.
The Dems’ rhetoric is now full of hyperbole, and they are utterly untrue to their core beliefs. There was a time that the Dems weren’t able to lie about almost everything. They have become pathological in their lying. Their pathological penchant for prevarication (alliteration star to me) is what allows them to keep straight faces saying things like Republican opposition to the Inflation Reduction Act. It means we all want the earth to end. Despite the fact that the bill doesn’t reduce inflation, and is merely a boondoggle for Big Green, the mean Republicans want to see Floaty The Polar Bear bob on the streets of Manhattan.
Their lies continue to grow and they have been growing in number since Donald Trump’s 2016 election. Russia collusion. J6 was an insurrection. The 2020 presidential election was the most transparent. Republican efforts to restore election integrity are racist.
It goes on.
The corrupt corporate media supporting and aiding Democrats’ false narratives doesn’t make them true. Think about how many media outlets have repeatedly referred to Florida’s “Parental rights in Education” bill (and the law that it is now) as “Don’t Say, Gay”. A law that protects kindergarteners from sexual indoctrination was repeatedly called an attack on the LGBTQ community.
My colleagues and I have been fighting back against the Democrats’ incessant efforts to convince Americans that all conservatives are evil for years. Our subscribers have allowed us more freedom since late 2019. We are free to write whatever we like without worrying about being censored by Twitter or Facebook. All three media still have some control over how we operate as a company, whether we like it or not.
