The House Democrats and RINOs behind Thursday’s January 6 kangaroo court put on their last act before the November midterms. They concluded the hearing with a unanimous resolution that former President Donald Trump should be subpoenaed. As if that was the ticket to saving Democratic candidates across America who are already on the line for slaughter.
The hearing generated a fast response from the former President, who in a series of three Truth Social posts responded to the main topics of today’s hearing and exhorted them.
Thursday’s House J6 Committee hearing was the ninth such event since the whole charade started earlier in the year.
Trump responded first to the sham panel’s airing of never-before-seen footage showing Nancy Pelosi, House Speaker (D.Calif.), and Chuck Schumer, then-Senate Majority Leader (D.N.Y.) huddling in a basement of Capitol Building during Jan. 6 protests. Pelosi was seen consulting with officials about a possible military or police response to protests.
Some believe that the House committee broadcast the footage in an attempt to vindicate the Democratic speaker. Many still believe that he is responsible for the chaos that unfolded that day because he did not respond properly to the dangerous events that were unfolding, as Trump stated in his post.
This footage was shot by Alexandra Pelosi, the Speaker’s documentary filmmaker daughter, who was present to capture her mother during the historic day, per person familiar w the footage…

“Why didn’t Crazy Nancy Pelosi call the ‘troops’ before January 6th? I strongly recommended that she did.” Trump wrote that it was her responsibility.
Trump’s second post took a dig at the “Unselect” committee for completely overlooking the possibility of voter fraud occurring before, during, and after 2020.
Trump wrote, “The Unselect Committee knowingly neglected to examine the massive voter fraud which occurred during the 2020 Presidential Election– The Reason for what happened on January 6th.”
In his third post, the former president asked a question that was echoed by many pundits in today’s hearing. It was technically reclassified to a “business meeting” so why did the committee delay calling Trump forward until the final hearing? This is the exact opposite of what an investigation should be about.
“Why didn’t the Unselect Committee request me to testify a few months ago?” They waited until the end, the last moments of their last meeting. The Committee is a complete “BUST” which has only served to further divide our country, which, by and large, is doing very poorly – A laughing stock around the world,” the former president wrote.
An honest observer will see that the House J6 committee used Trump’s subpoena vote to distort his name before the midterm elections and, especially, ahead of the 2024 presidential campaign.
Trump is likely to laugh as he tore up their subpoena and throws it in the trashcan. This is because the J6 committee will be disbanded if Republicans win control of the lower chamber. Trump will use executive privilege, or worse, the Fifth to avoid testifying, no matter what they do. This will set off legal battles that will last the lifetime of the committee, making it a huge waste of taxpayer money and time.
CNN, MSNBC, and a few established media outlets will continue to cover the story for a while, but the fact is that most Americans are more concerned about President Joe Biden’s record-high gas and grocery prices than they were with something that occurred nearly two years ago.
I told the J6 committee “nice try,” but it wasn’t.
