SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and Tesla CEO Elon Musk are reportedly willing to purchase Twitter at the original price of $54.20 per Share
Musk initially announced his intentions to purchase the social network in April, but later tried to withdraw from the deal citing concerns over bot numbers on the platform. Bloomberg has learned that Musk has offered to buy the company for his original offer price.
Although Twitter’s woke workforce was opposed to Musk’s attempt to acquire it, and were concerned about Musk’s promise of content moderation-free speech-friendly, Musk was nonetheless taken to court by the company to force him to sign the deal.
The political left was already preparing for a long battle to prevent any measure of free speech being restored to one of the largest web platforms, before the deal became mired in legal fights.
Breitbart News reported that a group of leftist, shadowy nonprofits and dark money, including Bill Gates’ frequent opponent, joined forces to block the SpaceX CEO from purchasing Twitter. 26 of these organizations signed a letter urging shareholders to “Stop The Deal.”
The deal’s opponents did not try to conceal their main fear: the collapse in power of the Big Tech censorship apparatus that they had meticulously built up over half a decade.
