According to court papers, David DePape (an illegal Canadian immigrant for 42 years) was accused of breaking into Nancy Pelosi’s house and attacking her husband with a hammer. If she lies, he threatened to break her “kneecaps.”San Francisco police arrived on the scene to find DePape (82) and Paul Pelosi (82), struggling with a hammer. DePape allegedly took control of the weapon, and hit Pelosi in his skull.

An FBI affidavit states that police discovered zip ties in Pelosi’s bedroom, and glass at the back. They also found tape, rope and gloves as well as a journal.

Pelosi was admitted to the hospital for emergency treatment on a fractured skull. DePape claimed that he had never seen him before. Pelosi was awakened by the intruder at 2:30 AM. He demanded that he speak with Nancy, the House Speaker.

His husband informed DePape that his wife wasn’t home. DePape decided to wait for her return, according to reports.

According to the affidavit “Pelosi said that his wife would not be home for several days more and then DePape reiterated that he would wait. ”

DePape later told investigators that he intended to question Speaker Pelosi, and then hold her against her will.

DePape said she was “certain” that she would lie and called her the leader of the pack, a group of Democratic Party members that told unspecified lies.

“DePape explained to Nancy later that she had broken Nancy’s kneecaps, and that she would need to be wheeled to Congress. The affidavit states that this would demonstrate to other members that actions have consequences.

Fox News Monday was informed by an Immigrations and Customers Enforcement source, that DePape had been illegally in the U.S. since he received a long-term overstay visa.

He was born in Canada and immigrated to America around 20 years ago.

DePape stated that he was fighting against Tyranny according to the affidavit.
