According to the Daily Caller News Foundation, Sheriffs across America criticized the Democratic leaders in several sanctuary cities for complaining about illegal immigrants crossing the southern border.

“It’s an illustration of just how hypocritical it is, much like what I see in my community. “We have people with that mind that think basically “anywhere but my yard,” Sheriff Scott H. Jenkins of Culpeper County, Virginia told the DCNF Friday.

Republican governors. Greg Abbott in Texas, Doug Ducey from Arizona, and Ron DeSantis in Florida have sent illegal migrants to Democratic-controlled cities.

DeSantis flew two illegal migrants from Florida to Martha’s Vineyard on Wednesday. The state deployed 125 National Guard members to help the island in a “humanitarian crisis”.

After arriving on Thursday, migrants were being moved to Cape Cod by the island. According to PBS, the town was referred to as a “sanctuary location” shortly after Donald Trump’s election.

Democrats and the media have been furious at Republican transports.

After Abbott bused a few hundred illegal immigrants to Chicago, Mayor Lori Lightfoot questioned Abbott’s faith in Christ. Mayor Muriel Bowser, Washington, D.C., claimed that Republican governors “tricked” the migrants into boarding buses to Washington, D.C., something which illegal migrants who spoke with the DCNF denied.

According to statistics from the agency, U.S. Customs and Border Protection authorities encountered more than 1.9 million migrants at their southern border between July 2022 and Oct. 2021.

Jenkins claims that despite being over 1,000 miles away from the border, he has felt the direct effects of open borders, such as violence by cartels.

Jenkins stated, “It’s happening within every community.” “So, America needs to wake up and recognize that it is not just a Southwest border issue or an Arizona, Texas issue. It’s all border counties.

Terrell County Sheriff Thaddeus Ohio patrols a border area where smugglers often use the rugged terrain to advantage.

Sheriff Billy A. Merrifield, Rio Arriba County in New Mexico, has dealt personally with the issue open borders and the loss of his daughter due to illicit fentanyl.

CBP reports that border authorities have confiscated around 10,600 pounds worth of fentanyl in fiscal year 2022.
