The attack on Republican New Hampshire candidate General Don Bolduc was ignored by the establishment media. The physical attack on Gen. Bolduc, which occurred just moments before Wednesday’s debate between Democrat Maggie Hassan and the New York Times, was not reported by the three major establishment newspapers: the Washington Post, Los Angeles Times and the New York Times.
It is noteworthy that the media chose not to report on an act of violence against a Republican. The media portrays Republicans as a single perpetrator of violence.
Police arrested Joseph Hart, 37, of Greenville, Rhode Island for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct on Wednesday after he took aim at Gen. Bolduc.
“Thank goodness police were present. Bolduc described the attack and said that they responded quickly. It was a minor graze. I only broke contact. Police were handling it. I turned around, and I reengaged with my supporters. I spent five to ten minutes more with them.”
Police are still investigating the attack.
Bolduc for Senate spokeswoman Kate Constantini told Breitbart News Wednesday that there is no room for political violence. She stated, “As the General said tonight, it’s now time to lower the temperature in the political discourse within this country.”
The establishment media have not spoken out about Bolduc’s attack or Bolduc’s plea for peaceful dialogue, preferring instead to report on the attack on Paul Pelosi that was perpetrated by an illegal alien.
During Wednesday’s debate, the bias of the establishment media was also displayed. The attack was not mentioned by the WMUR ABC debate moderators before or during debate. The moderators instead asked candidates about the increase in violence against politicians. They referred to the attack on Paul Pelosi on January 6, but failed to mention the attack that took place just minutes before the Republican candidate debate.
