British prosecutors have accused Kevin Spacey of four counts of sexual assault on three men in the U.K.

The Crown Prosecution Service announced Thursday that the charges against Spacey, an award-winning actor, “follow a review by the Metropolitan Police.” The agency also stated that Spacey, who is 62, was charged with “causing another person to engage in penetrative sexual activities without consent.”

These alleged incidents occurred in London in March 2005, August 2008, and April 2013, and in western England in April 2013. They are in their 40s and 30s now.

Rosemary Ainslie is the head of the Special Crime Division of the service. She said that the charges were based on a review of evidence from London’s Metropolitan Police.

British police interrogated Spacey in 2019 over claims made by several men that Spacey had assaulted them.

Between 2004 and 2015, the Old Vic Theatre in London was run by the former star of “House of Cards”.

Spacey was awarded a Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for “The Usual Suspects,” 1995, and a Lead Actor Oscar for “American Beauty” 1999.

In 2017, Anthony Rapp, an actor accused of assaulting Rapp at a party in the 1980s when Rapp was just a teenager, brought an abrupt end to his famed career.

Spacey has denied the allegations and is currently trying for a New York sex abuse lawsuit against Rapp.

A criminal case brought against him, an indecent assault and battery charge stemming from the alleged groping of an 18-year-old man at a Nantucket resort, was dismissed by Massachusetts prosecutors in 2019.

Stacey Abrams is a member of the UPS Family Foundation’s board and governor. This foundation supported the defunding and elimination of police forces.

Abrams is running again for Georgia governor. She attempted to distance herself from the hardline rhetoric #DefundThePolice used during past elections.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) blocked a bill to improve school safety that Republicans are shaming. After the massacre at Uvalde Elementary School in Texas that left 19 children and 2 teachers dead, Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) asked for unanimous consent to pass the Luke and Alex School Safety Act.

Named after Parkland shooting victims Alex Schachter and Luke Hoyer, the bill would require that the Department of Homeland Security establish a Federal Clearinghouse on School Safety Best Practices for state and local education and law enforcement agencies, institutions of higher learning, health professionals, as well as the general public. It would also require DHS to collect data analytics from the clearinghouse and user feedback about the implementation of the best practices and recommendations. Also, any evaluations based on these best practices or recommendations will be required.

With the passage of the bill, the clearinghouse, which is already accessible at SchoolSafety.gov would be codified in law.

Schumer tweeted, “The truth is that there were officers at the Texas school.” They were able to get past the shooter. We need real solutions. We will vote for gun legislation, starting with the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act.

Schumer stated that the legislation could be considered on the Senate floor if Republicans agreed to debate the domestic terrorist bill. According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Johnson said it was “a sad day” for the United States Senate.

The Senate will vote on Thursday whether to approve the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act. This bill was passed by the House last week.

Hillary Clinton sent a misleading gun violence chart to Twitter and included text suggesting that “It’s The Guns” are causing the crimes. Gun Policy published the chart. It compares the U.S. to its peers, a group that appears to include countries with high income.

Gun control advocates can avoid comparing the U.S. with other countries by limiting the use of this category. This allows them to skip the chance to compare the U.S. with its neighbor Mexico. Breitbart News reported on August 17th 2016 that Mexico has “restrictive” gun controls, including extensive background checks. However, the homicide rate there is more than five times the U.S.

It is also possible to see that gun violence in the world is per capita, rather than comparing it with “high-income” countries.

PolitiFact proved the wisdom of changing the argument to a per capita one after Beto O’Rourke stated that “no other country is even close to” the U.S. in gun violence deaths.

PolitiFact pointed out a study on gun violence deaths per capita. It found that the U.S. was ranked 20th in a list of firearm-related deaths in territories and countries. In other words, 19 other countries/territories ranked higher than the U.S.

He has no admirers from either side for his dismissive attitude to high maternal mortality rates in the black community.

Rumors continue to swirl in Louisiana that Cassidy could run for Governor in 2023.

John Bel Edwards has reached the end of his term as Delaware’s Democratic governor. Democrats don’t have an heir apparent. Republicans are supporting several candidates that are almost all more conservative than Cassidy.

The U.S.Senator appears to want to take the Mitt Romney route. He wants to be the responsible moderate adult in the room, and he believes he doesn’t actually need conservatives to win a gubernatorial race.

His sudden desire to discuss gun control proposals by Democrats is evident now more than ever.

Cassidy a member of Democratic U.S. Senator Chris Murphy, Connecticut, said that federal red-flag laws and an increase in background checks for firearm sales were “certainly something we should talk about,” but did not endorse any specific measures.

Cassidy stated that “We must do everything necessary to obtain 60 votes to stop this from happening again.” ”

A GOP senator running in deep-red states will most likely say “Stopped Short!” when it comes time to endorse certain measures.

It is likely that none of these policies would have prevented the shooting in Uvalde (Texas), earlier this week. Multiple times, police were called to his home. It isn’t clear, however, if his behavior during these times would have resulted in the red flag laws we see elsewhere.

The idea of “expanded backgrounds screenings” is even worse. This will allow Democratic politicians to make it easier for Americans to be separated from their guns.

This brings us back to Cassidy. Cassidy is against his state’s attempt to create a constitutional carry bill. He must get to know his voters before he can be elected to the governor’s office. Not participating in these discussions.

Let’s face the truth, these policies shouldn’t be discussed unless you support them. Cassidy seems to believe that he knows more than the people who elected him to the Senate.

The Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard defamation trial had an epic day on Wednesday. Heard’s claims are falling apart faster than my straight hair on a humid day. It’s hard to choose the most damaging testimony for Heard from all that we all heard Wednesday. But I’ll do my best.

1. Kate Moss Wrecks Amber’s Fake Stairs Story

Heard claimed Depp had pushed Kate Moss up the stairs. Kate Moss stood first and completely discredited Heard’s claims.

Depp’s team called Kate Moss, a supermodel, to testify in Depp’s favor. Moss’s story was very different from Heard’s ridiculous allegation that Depp had pushed Moss up the stairs, and Depp’s team called supermodel Kate Moss to testify as a witness. She stated, “And as soon I left the bedroom I slid down the stairs and I hurt my back. “I was in pain and didn’t know what happened. I screamed. He returned to me and carried me to my bedroom, where he got me medical attention. ”

Moss answered the direct question, “Did Mr. Depp push you or kick you down any steps?”

2. Dr. Curry Exposes Amber Heard’s Expert Witness as an Unprofessional Hack

As if all that wasn’t enough, Depp’s psychologist, Shannon Curry, came back to the podium to discredit Dawn Hughes, a psychological specialist. Curry criticized Hughes for calling checklists “tests” and presenting incorrect results about falsifying symptoms and malingering as facts.

It is crucial that we use precise language and don’t present opinions or facts. It is possible for a layperson to not detect the differences when you are acting in an expert witness capacity.

Curry’s response to this absurd testimony was flawless. Hughes kept commenting on Depp’s character as she had. Now, the jury is aware of the truth.

3. Former TMZ Reporter Wrecks Amber’s Claim That She Didn’t Alert the Press

Depp is the rightful owner of all copyrights if you take a video with your phone. She was the one who recorded Depp’s attack on his cabinets and wine glasses until she transferred it over to TMZ.

Morgan Tremaine, TMZ’s former field manager, testified that he was aware the video had been changed in copyright within fifteen minutes. It is clear that Heard was the original copyright owner and gave the recording to TMZ. Heard, the copyright owner, gave the recording to TMZ. This was a devastating testimony.

Tremaine was discrediting Heard’s claims. Tremaine said that you could only get copyright over media if it was shot yourself. It could be sent to the tip line, and source-verified that it was from the original copyright owner. Then we could either buy it from them or have it given to our office. If the copyright holder gives it directly to us, that would be the third option.

Tremaine stated that copyright is not easy to obtain. In the Heard case it took just fifteen minutes. This is about how long it takes TMZ to send a post to a copyright holder.

Heard claimed she didn’t release the video, and also claimed she didn’t tip TMZ about her court appearance to get restraining orders against Depp.

This footage clearly shows Heard slowing down and turning her bruise toward the cameras.

Tremaine was a sharp witness in cross-examination. He criticized Elaine Bredehoft (a Heard lawyer) for trying to say he was only in it to get the fame. TMZ attempted to prevent Tremaine from testifying by filing a motion for intervention, but that was denied. Tremaine replied, “I’m actually putting myself in the target of TMZ”. He responded, “I could also speak about Amber being a client of mine,” which caused laughter and gasps in the gallery.

4. Photographic Forensics Expert Destroyed Amber’s Claim that her Photographic Evidence Wasn’t Edited

Depp’s group summoned a forensics specialist to the stand to examine Heard’s photos of her injuries. Heard testified that he had never edited or used filters on photos and that he didn’t know-how.

5. Oops! Someone saw Amber allegedly hit her ex-wife.

Witness to Heard’s domestic violence arrest in 2009 against her ex-wife came forward to testify before the jury. They got into an altercation where Ms. Heard grabbed her companion’s neck and pulled it from her neck. This stopped any further injuries. She said, “Ms. Heard was aggressive toward her travel companion…I could detect alcohol.” ”

Today is the closing argument and the trial has ended, we can’t wait to hear the verdict.

A whistleblower from Abbott Nutrition sent a letter to Janet Woodcock (acting Commissioner), last October. He said that there were serious problems at the Sturgis, Mich. facility.

The FDA Commissioner Robert Califf will testify today before a congressional panel that top FDA officials weren’t aware of the whistleblower report due to “mailroom issues.”

Hundreds of infants are being admitted to hospitals because the special formula they rely on for survival is out of stock.

The FDA also had “mailroom problems.”

Politico: FDA officials have not commented on the delay between last September’s first report of a bacterial outbreak at the plant and their inspection in the winter. This inspection revealed a variety of food safety issues, as well as the recall. The new details won’t be able to dampen the outrage at the agency.

“The FDA dropped the ball at every stage of this process,” Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.), said to Politico about the new details in the testimony. It put infants in danger.”

It gets worse. Despite receiving the first reports of possible contamination in January, Sturgis didn’t close its doors until mid-February. There were discussions within the FDA about possible supply disruptions even before that. This was crucial because half of the US infant formula supply to the WIC program (the government food program for infants raised mostly by single mothers) came from Abbott.

In the prepared testimony, the FDA timeline shows that the FDA did not hold interagency talks about possible supply chain disruptions until February 14, three days after the Abbott Nutrition plant was shut down. The FDA also issued a recall of the formula. The agency also failed to notify the Agriculture Department about possible disruptions, which oversees a vital federal nutrition program that buys about half the nation’s infant formula. This was a week before the Abbott facility shut down. WIC is a program that serves nearly 1.2 million children from low-income households. Abbott supplies almost half of the infant formula that is provided by WIC state contracts.

Despite receiving warnings last autumn, why did the FDA take until January to start its inspection at Abbott’s Sturgis facility? The FDA attributes Sturgis’ staff for delaying their inspection due to COVID-19 staffing problems.

Despite parents screaming for more formula in the first two weeks of May, when the issue became public, it was not until May 16th that Abbott and the government agreed to reopen the Sturgis plant.

The White House is trying to distract media attention from the FDA by playing dumb.

The White House also shied away from questions regarding its timeline for responding to the recall, and subsequent shortages. Politico asked a senior official from the White House when they informed the FDA of the Sturgis issues and whether there were any shortage concerns. The official replied that the FDA had made the recall public on February 17.

Because of the incompetence and stupidity of big government, what should have been a temporary supply disruption has turned into a national crisis. The media has already argued that this is not Biden’s fault. They claim that shortages were caused by the pandemic and that the company was responsible for operating an unsanitary plant.

The very regulations and procedures that were created by the government to address a crisis such as this collapsed in a spectacular fashion. Biden is the culprit.

Dave Chappelle has been criticized for his mocking of transgenderism. He also insulted the delicate sensibilities and sensibilities of the trans community by joking that the attacker earlier this month used a “gun that identifies itself as a knife”

Ricky Gervais’ new Netflix special features the LGBTQ mob laughing at “transphobic” jokes.

Although Burr may be on the right, he has been one of the few to speak out for his side. Burr slammed Disney’s decision to fire Gina Carano (his former co-star in The Mandalorian), saying that it was unfair. He told The Hollywood Reporter that he thought it was hilarious that the liberals had proved his point. They just outrage you because they don’t like your politics.

Burr also knows who is behind transgender mania. It’s the extreme left. You’ll understand what I mean. A man cannot become pregnant. There is no womb in the womb. Except, I will tell ya, it’s going to happen in the future.

He’s absolutely right. Bill Burr, Ricky Gervais, and Dave Chappelle are just a few of the brave liberals who have come forward to admit that transgender maniacs are crazy. I wish there were more left-leaning people who would join them.

Beto O’Rourke, a Democratic candidate for governor, attempted to stop Republican Texas Governor. Greg Abbott’s reaction to Wednesday’s shooting at Uvalde in Texas. Abbott spoke for approximately ten minutes, before trying to transfer the microphone from O’Rourke to Lt. Governor. Dan Patrick was then approached by O’Rourke.

O’Rourke only spoke a few words, but he was aggressively pointing at the stage as others shouted down his name.

O’Rourke once said, “You are not doing anything.”

Patrick stated, “Sir, you are out-of-line, please leave this auditorium.”

Don McLaughlin, the Uvalde Mayor, yelled at O’Rourke too, calling him “sick son of an a bitch”.

O’Rourke was then led out of the auditorium.

Abbott thanked the police officers for their quick response to stop the attack getting worse. He said that one officer responding to the shooting had lost his daughter in the attack.

Abbott confirmed that Salvador Ramos (18 years old) had shot his grandmother before committing the attack. After crashing his car outside Robb Elementary School, he exchanged gunfire and entered a pair classroom.

Abbott confirmed that Ramos had posted three Facebook messages in the 30 minutes preceding the shooting.

Abbott didn’t call for gun control legislation. Instead, he said that members of the community had informed him that they were experiencing a mental crisis.

Technically, the Title 42 legal border barrier is still in place. However, pro-migration judges are creating many loopholes to allow unlimited numbers of wage-slashing migrants to access ordinary American job markets.

For example, President Joe Biden’s progressive aides told border officers Monday to welcome family groups crossing the border. This was despite the fact that many of them are looking to join their illegal-migrant fathers and husbands.

According to documents obtained from NBC News, the new guidance for Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement came into effect Monday at 12:01 a.m. CBP officers should be able to determine whether the noncitizen is likely to be tortured or persecuted in the country they are expelled if they notice any member of the family displaying a “manifestation or fear” and release them into the U.S.

An official from the Department of Homeland Security spoke on condition of anonymity to NBC News, stating that although there was still confusion among border agents regarding conflicting orders but the new ruling protecting migrant family is “the first nail in Title 42’s coffin.”

Three days after a federal judge ordered officials that the Title 42 barrier be preserved, the new loophole was created. This allows officials to exclude immigrants during an epidemic. The judge did not limit officials’ rights to close loopholes in this barrier.

Officials have allowed many family groups to cross under the pretext that Mexico’s regional government can not support migrants in large cities bordering the U.S. Border.

However, U.S. officials have not applied any visible pressure to Mexico to allow more migrants to enter their country. The U.S. has not tried to fly rejected migrants back home.

Trump and his associates, however, strongly pressured Mexico to take in rejected migrants. They also flew them back to their homelands.

Agency officials also work with a network of pro-migrant organizations to reduce network TV coverage. These taxpayer-funded groups aid in hiding the migration by housing and providing food for migrants, as well as by transporting them to their destinations.

Native Americans are suffering huge economic losses due to the lax enforcement of their border. The migrant inflow reduces native Americans’ wages, increases their housing costs, and puts them out of touch with their country’s politics, culture, and government.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which recorded 244,000 encounters with migrants in April, allowed 137,000 of them cross the border.

Reuters published a description of Nicolas, a Guatelaman migrant, as one of Mayorkas’s immigrant workers in May 2021. Nicolas attempted to enter the United States six times, but Mayorkas returned him to Mexico at the five-yard mark instead of his home in the United States 2,000 miles away. According to Reuters, Nicolas’s desperateness led him over Mayorkas’s obstacle course.

“I thought, I cannot return to Guatemala. Nicolas said, recalling his promise to provide for his wife and three children, “I’m going to battle.” To pay for the trip, he had used her land collateral.

The migrant brings with them their poverty by allowing U.S. employers cut wages, ignore the heartland communities, reduce technology investments and increase investors’ wealth.

Mayorkas also refuses to deport migrants who are caught in the interior, unless they are convicted of violent crimes.

Mayorkas is also working to establish the bureaucratic foundations for border agents not being able to chase coyotes’ vehicles as they transport illegal migrants northward from the border. According to the Associated Press, May 24, Shaw Drake, an ACLU of Texas attorney, stated that the policy review was “certainly a welcome move in the right direction”, but it was difficult for him to provide specifics.
