Alexis Heinnutz is a deputy sheriff in Weld county. She was struck and run in Colorado Sunday. Noberto Gonzalez Garcia, a 36-year-old illegal alien, was also arrested Monday.

Hein-Nutz was on her way to work riding her bike when Garcia hit her with his Ford van. Garcia fled the scene on foot, leaving Hein-Nutz’s body on the road.

Garcia tried hiding in a cornfield to evade arrest, but Colorado State Patrol, Weld Country Sheriff’s Office, and Ft. Collins Police Services finally tracked him down.

According to the WCSO, Garcia-Gonzales was arrested after officials were prompted.

The officers used Hein-Nutz handcuffs on the alleged murderer to arrest her.

Although he was not the first hit-and-run, he is still illegally present in the country.

Garcia was charged with leaving the scene following an accident involving death or careless driving resulting in death. Joshua Lewis, from the CSP, stated that there was enough evidence to indicate Garcia was drunk at Garcia’s death.

Officials discovered a fake Social Security card as well as a falsified Green Card in the vehicle of the suspect. They later confirmed that Octavio was his real identity.

Garcia had been detained previously by U.S Border Patrol but was allowed to return to Mexico. He was convicted of driving under influence one year later. Garcia was also convicted of hit-and-run.

Garcia was convicted of two DUIs and hit and run. In May 2013, an immigration judge granted Garcia a voluntary departure. Garcia ignored this decision.

Officially Colorado is a sanctuary state for Garcia.

Democrat Gov. Jared Polis signed House Bill 124 into law. State Senators, Adrienne Benevides, and Susan Lontine are the principal sponsors of House Bill 1124. Julie Gonzales is Mike Foote.

The state and local authorities cannot accept immigration detainers.

Polis signed a law by Colorado Democrats that prohibits probation officers from sharing information with ICE about criminal noncitizens like Garcia.

‘A brighter future

According to the Weld County Sheriff’s Office, Heinnutz was a deputy at detentions and was only one week away from celebrating her 25th birthday.

Alexis wrote this on Facebook after graduating from the prison academy: “After long years of dreaming about law enforcement. I am finally able to say that I have fulfilled all of my dreams. ”

Hein-Nutz’s colleague Hein-Nutz said to KDVR: “She was hardworking…very bright.”

The former prisoner extolled her virtues, abilities, and even her courage.

Tragic trend

Maximino De Lagado Lagunas (56-year-old illegal alien) was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment for the murder of Grace Aguilar. Grace Aguilar was a 6-year-old girl from Orange County.

Garcia and Lagunas are two examples of illegal aliens who have crossed American streets intoxicated.

In 2018, 1,419 illegal aliens were convicted of driving under influence. President Donald Trump would have 364 convictions.

These bloodlines are a common thread among illegal aliens who have entered the U.S. this year in their millions.

Jose Virgilio Carcamo Elvir (72-year-old Florida resident) took control of the car while under the influence earlier in the year, leaving a Florida man and three others seriously injured.

Jarol LivaNavarro, 32, was drunk driving at 110 mph and killed an American woman.

In March of last year, a father of two, Cheston Edwards, was slain by Rolbin Pacheco.

Florida’s 5-year-old boy was run over by an intoxicated illegal alien last October. He drove with his lights off, and his lights were not on.

In July 2020, a drunken DACA-protected immigrant and a long criminal history killed three members of the Thin Blue Line Motorcycle Club.

In America, 60 illegal aliens were convicted of murder in the year.
