Sussmann Found Not Guilty

0

Fox News reports that Michael Sussmann was found not guilty of lying to the FBI after two weeks’ worth of deliberations.

Sussmann was charged with lying to FBI General Counsel James Baker when he claimed that he was not representing any client. According to the prosecution, he claimed that he was working for Rodney Joffe, a tech executive, and Clinton campaign. Evidence was presented by the prosecution that Sussmann had actually billed the Clinton campaign during his meeting with James Baker. He also spread the falsehood about Alfa-Bank to him.

We do not yet know the reasons for this decision. It was obvious that he was representing Clinton’s campaign. Baker testified that he wouldn’t have referred the matter to further investigation if he knew about the Clinton connection. This would have satisfied the materiality requirement.

Fox News:

One federal employee told the judge that they had donated to Democrats in 2016, while another employee told him they disliked Trump. The judge was told by both of these jurors that they were impartial throughout the trial.

A teacher, an illustrator, and a mechanic were also part of the jury. One juror was a parent of a child on the same high school team as Sussmann.

Cooper was told by the overwhelming majority of jurors that they had never heard of this case before being assigned to jury duty.

I am going to leave you with a funny tweet that I found regarding Sussman being found not guilty.

Elon’s Hilarious Response When AOC Whines About Dumping Her Tesla

0

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) would likely be a performance artist in a far-left club in New York if she weren’t involved in politics. She seems to need constant attention but doesn’t do anything consequential.

AOC reported to Bloomberg News that she was thinking about selling her Tesla after Elon Musk teased her online.

He is a billionaire. Ocasio-Cortez, a progressive Democrat, said that he could not care less about his views when asked about his support for the GOP.

Ocasio-Cortez bought her Model 3 to travel between Washington and her Bronx-Queens district after Covid-19 hit in 2020. Now, the New York representative wants to ditch it for an electric vehicle made by unionized workers. “At the time, it was the only EV that could get me from New York to Washington on like one, or one-and-a-half charges,” she said. “I would love to switch.”

It’s funny because she cares about him and whines. Did she know that it wasn’t made by unionized workers? She claims to believe in socialist principles.

She claimed it was the only electric car that could get her from New York to Washington, D.C. in less than one hour. This endorsement is both praises for the car and criticism of the practicality of electric cars. She doesn’t seem to be able to understand that. Musk should make this an advertisement.

Elon Musk replied to her remarks with a funny response. He then asked which Americans were more trusted: billionaires or politicians.

The overwhelming support of billionaires was enough to end her socialist despair.

A colleague offered to help her, and she got the same result. AOC is out of luck.

See, how amusing Twitter can be at times.

Meet the American Who Honors The Memory Of 200,000 Fallen War Heroes

0

Robert Dalessandro lives by Robert Dalessandro’s motto: “Time won’t dimen the glory of their acts.”
Former U.S. Army Officer, historian, author, and Gulf War veteran, is now the deputy secretary and leader for the American Battle Monuments Commission. His team in the world is responsible for the preservation of the memories of more than 200k American soldiers and civilians who were killed in combat overseas.

Arlington, Va., home to the ABMC, is preparing for Memorial Day ceremonies at 26 American military cemeteries all over the globe, from France and the Philippines.

The commission manages a global network consisting of 32 memorials to America’s fallen.

Livestreaming of the ABMC’s Memorial Day services will be available Monday at 9 a.m. from the Netherlands American Cemetery, Holland by the ABMC ET.

His Navy officer father, Lt.Cdr. Joseph Dalessandro was often assigned to the Pentagon, northern Virginia, or the huge naval port of Norfolk, at the mouth Chesapeake Bay.

Dalessandro served 29 years in the Army (1980-1909) as an operational and “history” officer. This included a stint at the U.S. Army Center for Military History. He was promoted to the rank colonel.

Family trips to Gettysburg in Pennsylvania inspired his love for history and desire to preserve the memories American war heroes.

He was a young boy who marvelled at the monuments to the dead that were scattered across the battlefield — some large in scale, others small and touching in their reverent simplicity.

He said that at ABMC “it is our duty, every day, to take care those who gave the final full measure,” Dalessandro said. The last four words were a poetic reference from Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address to the fallen.

Before he was awarded his Army commission, Dalessandro studied at the Virginia Military Institute. He has three master’s degrees in archeology and museum science from William & Mary University, George Washington University, and the Army War College.

His works include “The Great War: a World War I Historical Collection”, a children’s book, and “The Great War” which is now available for purchase.

He is particularly interested in World War I. He has written several books about the conflict, including “Over There” and “Willing Patriots”.

The former secretary of the ABMC, Senator Max Cleland (D.Ga.), an Army veteran who died last year, invited him to join.

The majority of the more than 200,000 Americans he cared for — approximately 125,000 — were under chilling rows of Stars of David and white marble crosses.

These stunning images of meticulously kept gravestones are popularized in American iconography. They can be seen in the opening and ending scenes of “Saving Private Ryan,” a World War II epic.

These are the hallmarks of ABMC cemeteries.

It is one of 25 cemeteries and monuments in France, but it is not the largest among a worldwide network of memorials to American war dead.

The small Suresnes American Cemetery is home to less than 1,600 Americans, most of them from World War I.

It is perched on a hill with breathtaking views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower.

The Philippines has the largest ABMC cemetery, located on a crest that overlooks the Manila skyline.

16.859 soldiers who died in the Pacific during World War II are buried here. It also remembers 36,286 missing persons.

American youth rose heroically from the Atlantic Ocean on June 6, 1944 (D-Day), to liberate Europe.

Many cemeteries have monumental art or chapels that add dignity to the grounds. The jaw-dropping Spirit of American Youth Rising From the Waves is located at the top of rows of graves that overlook Omaha Beach. This is where American youth bravely rose from the Atlantic Ocean on D-Day 6/6/44, liberating Europe.

These cemeteries are home to many famous Americans.

Gen. George S. Patton is buried at the Luxembourg American Cemetery. He looks over rows upon rows of the dead as though he’s still leading soldiers in the eternal battle.

U.S. Army Sergeant. Warren “Skip” Muck, and PFC Alex Penkala became posthumously famous as the two paratroopers featured in the HBO World War II series “Band of Brothers.”

As they tried to rescue another man, they were decimated by a German bomb in their foxhole at the Battle of the Bulge. Their horrific deaths were the psychological bottom line of the true-life “Band of Brothers”, a story about the “breaking point” in human psychology.

Both are buried in Luxembourg, a short distance from Patton.

Theodore Roosevelt Jr. and Brothers Quentin, both sons of President Teddy Roosevelt were buried side-by-side in Normandy. Quentin was a World War I pilot. He was killed, buried and shot down elsewhere in France.

Teddy Jr., who was more than 25 years old, led the invasion of Utah Beach on D-Day and was awarded Medal of Honor for the heroism he displayed that day.

His contributions to D-Day’s invasion were documented in the 1959 book as well as the 1962 ensemble-cast Hollywood epic, “The Longest Day.”

At the request of former President Roosevelt, Quentin Roosevelt’s corpse was moved to Normandy next to his brother’s. He is the only World War I veteran to be buried in the Normandy American Cemetery.

Most graves have names of regular Americans, who Stephen Ambrose calls “citizen soldiers”.

It is also the only site in the entire ABMC network that World War I and World War II service personnel are buried together, according to Ben Brands, the organization’s historian.

Most graves have names of ordinary Americans. Stephen Ambrose described them as “citizen soldiers”. They achieved extraordinary feats on the battlefield.

General John J. Pershing gave the American Battle Monuments Commission’s motto “glory of your deeds” to its motto.

He was the first director of the commission and led the American Expeditionary Force “Over There”, during World War I.

In 1923, the ABMC was established in the wake of the massacre of World War I in which 117,000 Americans died in a matter of months.

Brands stated that families whose loved ones died in combat had the option to have the body repatriated to the United States or to have the remains “interred overseas at an American military cemetery where they [would] continue being cared for, in perpetuity by the United States government.”

Surprise! 40% of American families choose to have their children buried in Europe, contrary to popular belief.

In World War II, families were faced with the same difficult choice. This led to a dramatic increase in the global reach and size of the ABMC mission.

As a result, many battlefield cemeteries, such as the one in Mexico City where 1,500 soldiers were killed in the Mexican-American War, were brought under the ABMC umbrella, and given a new sense of dignity.

Mexico City National Cemetery is home to 750 American soldiers who are not identified, but “known but God,” according to a marker at their common burial place.

The remains of men or women are found in gravestones all over the network.

Joe Biden Lectures Americans On Gun Control After Hunter Admitted To Firearm Malpractice

0

After Hunter Biden’s admission to gun safety negligence, President Joe Biden addressed Americans Monday about gun control.

“The Constitution, the Second Amendment were never absolute. Biden stated that you couldn’t buy cannons when the Second Amendment was passed. “I believe things have gotten so bad, that everyone is becoming more rational about it.”
Joe Biden’s progun control talk points are in contradiction to the standard that was applied to Biden and his family. According to the New York Post, Hunter in 2021 lied about his drug addiction to get a gun in 2018. Hunter was never charged with any wrongdoing in relation to this lie. The weapon has since disappeared.

Hunter stated in a text message that the FBI was involved in the case. Speaking about Hallie Biden, his former sister-in-law-turned-lover, Hunter said she threw the gun into a grocery store dumpster in Wilmington, Delaware:

The gun was taken out of my trunk lockbox and she threw it in Jansens’ garbage can. She then told me that it was my problem.

When the FBI and police arrived on the scene, she claimed that she took it because she was afraid I would harm myself from my drug and alcohol problems and her volatile relationship.

Hunter also added a string to Hunter’s text: “And then I freaked when it was missing ten minutes after she took. And when she returned to get it after I scared her s-t it was gone, which led to a state police investigation into me. True story.”

The establishment media reported in 2021 that Hunter’s reckless gun shooting was a result of FBI involvement. This would not only be corrupt but would also contradict Joe Biden’s rhetoric on gun control. Politico reported:

A curious thing happened at that time. Secret Service agents approached Hunter’s owner and requested paperwork regarding the sale. According to two people, one has firsthand knowledge and the other was briefed after the fact by a Secret Service agent.

The gun store owner refused the paperwork. He believed that Secret Service officers were trying to conceal Hunter’s ownership of a missing gun to prevent it from being used in a crime. Ron Palmieri, the gun store owner, eventually turned the papers over to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, which is responsible for federal gun laws.

According to the Secret Service, there is no record of agents investigating the incident. Joe Biden was not under protection at that time and stated through a spokesperson that he had no knowledge of any Secret Service involvement.

Biden isn’t the only one to mislead people into believing they couldn’t buy cannons when the Second Amendment was created. This talking point has been disproven by outlets as diverse as the Washington Post and Politifact.

Pelosi’s Mega-Millionaire Husband Could Have Saved Thousands By Calling An Uber

0

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi claims that her mega-millionaire husband drove in Napa County, California on Saturday night, instead of calling an Uber, taxi or taxi. This led to a car accident and thousands of dollars in bail for him following his arrest for suspicion of drunk driving.

Multiple reports have stated that Paul Pelosi (82) was driving a 2021 Porsche when he was struck by a Jeep in 2014. Pelosi was trying to cross State Route 29 through Napa.

The crash did not result in any injuries to either driver. CHP stated that an investigation was ongoing.

Paul Pelosi, a misdemeanor, was taken into custody at 11:44 pm. He was charged with driving with blood alcohol levels of.08 and higher as well driving under the influence of alcohol. According to Napa County records, he was taken into Napa Valley Detention Center at 4:43 a.m. Sunday. Bail was set at $5,000. He was released at 7:26 a.m.

According to her 2018 financial disclosure, Speaker Pelosi (D-Calif.) is one of Congress’ most wealthy members, with a net worth at least $114million. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Paul Pelosi has amassed more than $100 million through his San Francisco-based venture capital company, Financial Leasing Services.

It is not clear if Pelosi was heading to the vineyard that Speaker Pelosi had owned just last year before the crash. It would have been $103.90 if Pelosi had taken Uber to get to San Francisco from Napa. The Pelosi family has multiple properties in the area. Uber’s most expensive option is the Black SUV, which would have been $329.54. You can also find hotels in Napa starting at $150.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a first offense of drunken driving can result in a driver paying upwards $10,000 in legal fees and fines.

According to the NHTSA, 32 Americans are killed each day by drunken driving accidents. This is one every 45 minutes.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving, (MADD) states that the average drunk driver has been arrested more than 80 times before they are caught.

Paul Ryan for President?

0

Paul Ryan was once one the most powerful politicians in the country. Ryan decided to resign as Republican Speaker of Congress in 2018, to be able to serve on lucrative boards like Fox News and Reagan Library Foundation. Ryan’s oversight of the Republican loss of the House of Representatives during the 2018 midterms was a disaster.

Ryan has only made one per year a return from the private sector to the public realm. Ryan decided to raise more money to support Republican campaigns and put his weight behind Wyo. Rep. Liz Cheney (R – Egregious). Kinzinger is now retiring. I bet that any money raised for him will return to the Republican coffers. Cheney is likely to lose her seat. The loss can be offset by a prominent CNN gig.

Ryan also testified on behalf of Ketanji brown, the former Judge, to support her legal fitness.

Ryan is believed to have family ties to the controversial KBJ. Paul Ryan’s sister-in-law is the twin brother of KBJ’s wife.

The rule of nepotism is a dominant factor in the ruling class.

Ryan is also campaigning for South Carolina Rep. Tom Rice, who was one of the 10 Republicans who voted to impeach then-President Donald J. Trump. Thanks to his principled stance for democracy (according to him), Rice is being challenged by state Rep. Russell Fry. who has been endorsed by Trump, as well as Horry County Board of Education Chairman Ken Richardson, physician Dr. Garrett Barton, and Christian speaker Barbara Arthur. Apparently, all of these candidates are well funded, so this June 14 South Carolina primary will be one to watch.

Ryan is a member of the following companies: anti-Trump, anti-America First. Ryan also keeps GOP-Elite donors and politically connected donors. This is remarkable in a political climate where his party members are less disregarded by the public.

The Washington Times: Paul D. Ryan (ex-House Speaker) said Thursday that Congress is stuffed with digital-age “entertainers,” making it difficult to find common ground among them and come up with legislative solutions.

Ryan said on CNBC’s “SquawkBox,” that lawmakers had attempted to climb a “meritocracy in Congress” 10 years ago.

Jack Kemp, an ex-Republican from New York who was Housing Secretary under George H.W. Bush handpicked Ryan, an ex-Republican from New York and Housing Secretary under George H.W.

Ryan said, “Policy is and will always be the measure of success. Could you convince your countrymen, colleagues, and constituents that this is the right way to go?” Here’s how to do it. “That’s not what motivates people anymore. Both sides have much to offer entertainment.

Which one is more efficient? Ryan seems to be exposing his inability or unwillingness to entertain with poor policies. Ryan failed to be persuasive and have sound policies.

Forbes wrote this article about Ryan in 2015 when he was elected House speaker.

Ryan is viewed as a man who can compromise. Ryan is open to taking a position about important issues such as tax reform but is not too enmeshed with partisan politics that he is unable to reach across the aisle. Ryan promised to bring Republicans together to work together. After the vote, he stated that “we have a responsibility here at the people’s house to do our business.”

What was Ryan’s legacy after he fled Congress?

Ryan has left Obamacare unaffected despite his promises in every Republican election to fight for its repeal.

Ryan’s ambitious goals to reduce entitlement programs like Social Security and Medicaid were quickly forgotten.

Liz Cheney, his pal, was removed as the leader of the GOP in the House. This caused more division within his party than when Cheney started.

Ryan was a lying liar. He didn’t convince anyone. He didn’t get people’s business done.

What a conservative blog had tidbits to say about Ryan’s 2018 retirement:

Paul Ryan’s resignation as Congressman marks the end for one of the most prominent Republicans of his generation. Ryan was an honest man, who was kind-hearted but ended up pursuing almost all of the causes that he was passionate about.

It was not a joke. We didn’t need an intellectual leader; we needed someone who could lead. They are still a pot of boiling water, but they have been guided by good governance.

Ryan chose to play the insider/insider game and went the opposite route. Ryan pontificates as an older statesman and has had little success but lots in prestige. Ryan is trying to make his voice heard in national conversations and to get back into the public square.

Good. Luck, With That.

Mike Pence is setting the stage for a 2024 Presidential campaign. Ryan could be his running mate or part of his cabinet.

Then, there is this:

This isn’t Ryan. It’s a PAC that is trying to get support for a Ryan-Cheney ticket for 2024. It is amazing that any party has not grasped the national temperature and the Republican and conservative voter preferences.

It would have been fun to see it if nothing else.

Meghan Markle Sparks Outrage With Her Surprise Uvalde Visit

0

Duchess Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, visited Uvalde in Texas on Friday to express condolences, lay flowers, and donate food following Tuesday’s horrific massacre that claimed the lives of 19 children and two teachers. The nation has been shaken by the shooting and many people have been affected.

Social media reactions to Markle’s visit were mixed. Some claimed that she had “pure intentions” as well as a “wonderful soul,” while others said it was all a publicity stunt.

The Daily Mail reports:

On Thursday, Markle was seen laying a bouquet full of white roses outside the Uvalde County Courthouse. This is not far from where the senseless murders at Robb Elementary School took place. A volunteer at the Uvalde community center told DailyMail.com that she also visited the center, which is hosting a blood drive. She toured it and donated food. The person stated that she didn’t want anyone to know her identity.

The Duchess was casually dressed in jeans and a baseball hat, crossing her arms while she looked at the memorials for the victims. People Magazine reports that Meghan’s spokesperson described her visit to the victims as “a personal capacity as a mother, to offer condolences to the community in person.”

Daily Mail commenters disagreed and condemned the visit.

Fly private with an executive of your foundation. Bring your PR staff. Your security guard. You might want to bring a few photographers. (Yes, they can be seen in the photos as well as in the video where they are leaving the site. They surround Meghan with their cameras around her neck and follow her. Mission accomplished. Send some food and photos to the volunteers. You could have given cash instead of flying in a private plane. Instead, write a check for the same amount.

Many people also pointed out that Meghan’s father Thomas, who she had split from, suffered a stroke in recent weeks. He is currently in hospital and Meghan has not been able to visit him. Others claimed there were Netflix cameras at the site. However, this has not been confirmed. However, you can see a security team in the photos. This makes her claim that she didn’t want to be recognized seem hollow.

Fairness be told, Meghan has a lot of support from the community, and some have reacted to critics with the expected charge of racism.

People can find a lot of things to a fault in Meghan Markle, but it has nothing to do with her race. Prince Harry, her husband, is equally criticized for his antics. He’s not even black.

Markle and Harry have a history of controversy. They decided to quit the British royal family in 2020 to take a “progressive role” and leave their senior positions. The Queen refused to allow them to keep their titles and many perks. They also “begged” for privacy, but their frequent public appearances make it seem otherwise.

Personally, I didn’t pay much attention to the Royal family. To me, it was a British thing and not an American one. After I was married to a family who had immigrated from the British Commonwealth, I would often tune out of their lengthy, exaggerated discussions about what was happening at the palace. I don’t hate Meghan Markle, and until now, I didn’t think her antics were of national import.

Meghan Markle should not go to Texas except to get publicity. Parents of victims are so hurt right now that they don’t want a pseudo-princess posing for photos. It doesn’t matter if she likes it or not, she is a celebrity. And the scene of a horrific, heartbreaking massacre is not the place for celebrities to make an appearance. It’s best to stay at home unless you are an expert providing concrete help, and not just visiting a blood donation facility. Beto O’Rourke is officially in competition for the title Most Tone-Deaf Response to Uvalde.

A Record Number of Voters Say They Are Suffering Financially Under Biden

0

A Harvard Harris poll has found that 56% of American voters believe their financial situation has worsened since President Joe Biden took office. This is the highest percentage ever recorded in their monthly poll, according to the authors. It may not be the last record-setting result, with regular gasoline at $4.00 per gallon in the United States and no relief as the nation enters summer. Between four and nine percent of respondents had no opinion about this metric until October 2021. Everyone is now weighing in.

This finding of Americans’ economic health is consistent and consistent with other results. Only 29% believe the country is on the right path. These are the stark partisan differences. The Democrats are the exception, with 54% of them saying that the country is moving in the right direction. Only 12% and 18% of Independents are in agreement. The poll shows that unaffiliated voters are closely following the sentiments expressed by Republicans on cultural and economic issues.

10% of Republicans and 17% among Independents said that the United States is heading in the right direction when asked about its economic direction under Biden. However, 47% of Democrats approve of the economic policy results. Nearly two-thirds (or more) of respondents believe the U.S. economic system is weak. The majority of respondents feel negative about their personal circumstances over the next 12 months, while 41% believe that there will be a recession within the next year.

These results indicate that voters are most concerned about inflation and the economy. These issues are cited by 70% of respondents. Inflation worries have risen seven points to 40% in one month. The third place is immigration. Voters rank the issues Democrats want to pivot to, including gun control, abortion, and race relations, 9th, 11th, and 14th respectively, and 26th. Only 5% of voters consider January 6th an important issue.

The poll shows that Biden’s overall approval is still at 40%. This is the average of 14%, 30%, and 75% respectively of Republicans and Independents. Biden’s approval rating is only 56% among African Americans, and he has the approval of just half the Hispanic voters. These are terrible numbers for a Democrat president.

Biden’s approval on specific issues has plummeted precipitously since Inauguration day 2021

He is only above water in his handling of COVID-19. At this point, it’s not clear what steps are needed to fight the virus. Biden’s approval on this dimension increased from 42% in March when it was low, and he had largely stopped talking about it.

The May results showed that Republicans are +5 in approval. Only 31% of Americans approve of the work done by Congress, with Democrats running both chambers. Only Florida Governor is more popular than any other prominent politician. At +6 and +3, Ron DeSantis (R-S.C.), and Sen. Tim Scott, respectively, have positive approval ratings. Senator Joe Manchin (D.W.Va.), is the most popular Democratic at -5. Only Sen. Bernie Sanders (D.Vt.), is better at -1.

The net approval rating for Speaker Nancy Pelosi stands at -22. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D.N.Y.), tie at -15. Vice President Kamala Harris is ranked -13 in the Executive Branch while President Biden is ranked -11. Former occupants of these offices, President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, and -2 respectively, were awarded a -7 each.

Voters indicate that potential leaders of both the Republican Party and President Trump are more popular than potential leaders of Democrats. Hillary Clinton continues to hint that she might be open to taking on more responsibilities in 2024, and her net approval stands at -17. Trump has a net approval of +10, which is more than Clinton. He is also more popular than Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell who had a net approval score of -25 before he assigned Texas Senator John Cornyn to work with Democrats on new gun laws.

Biden’s performance in the midterms will be a deterrent for the grizzled Democrat strategist James Carville. Barack Obama’s popularity has been known to cost Democrats approximately 1,000 seats across the country. Biden isn’t popular and the economy is deteriorating fast. Do not underestimate the power of the GOP to make it worse, but there is the possibility of a tsunami.

Biden Gets Ready to Sign Executive Order Forgiving $10K in Student Loan Debt

0

Joe Biden was under immense pressure from his radical base, to erase a trillion dollars of student loan debt “with a stroke of a pen.”

Biden is certain that he will never be able to get away with it. From now until Christmas, there would be lawsuits. He also knows that allowing that debt to be forgiven would increase prices. Biden will do his absolute best to make sure that the minimum is met. He’ll issue an executive order to forgive $10,000 of student loans to those with incomes below $125,000.

This, like many Biden proposals, from the American Rescue Act To Build Back Better, does not satisfy anyone. For radicals who want to completely eliminate student loan debt, this is not enough. The more established Democrats are afraid of inflation.

CNN: Progressive leaders are beginning to realize they won’t get everything they want. Even if Biden makes a decision to forgo the $10,000 in forgiveness that he promised during his 2020 campaign, some progressive leaders are already preparing to express their disappointment.

Some still want $50,000 in relief, but few people involved in the discussions believe that is possible. They’ve been arguing against any income-level means-testing, arguing it could eliminate thousands of deserving borrowers who are either denied the benefit due to government bureaucracy or who have racked up hundreds and thousands of dollars in loans that they still have to pay, despite having higher salaries.

Among the ideas discussed in the White House was that the 10,000 loan forgiveness should be announced simultaneously with the lifting of the moratorium on student debt repayments. The August 31 deadline for repayment will see the latest extension.

There are advocates for greater debt relief.

Warren shared his favorite statistics with Biden and other top aides, such as Ron Klain (White House chief of staff), highlighting that only 2% of Harvard graduates graduate with debt while half of those at Delaware University is. This is the alma mater of the President and one of the schools he will be speaking to this weekend.

She will point out that 91% of students from historically Black colleges and universities receive loans. She will also point out the number of students with student debt who have not completed enough courses to finish their degree.

Biden won’t see the point if he doesn’t realize that he will never be able to do enough to satisfy the radicals. Radicals must never lose heart and surrender. They will go 100 miles for a mile. This is the nature of radicalism, and Biden has not been able to grasp this fact since he assumed office.

It will prove to be his undoing in the end.

Examples of Incompetent Policing Is Not An Argument for More Gun Control

0

I was flooded with silly arguments for gun control after the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. They claim that schools cannot stop shootings and that they can ban AR-15s. The poor performance of Uvalde’s law enforcement officers in stopping the gunman who killed 19 children and injured two others.

Law enforcement has been critical of the handling of the shooting. Steven McGraw (Director of the Texas Department of Public Safety) admitted that the response of the police to the attack was flawed at a Friday press conference.

Uvalde law enforcement state they didn’t enter the classroom because they thought the scene “transitioned from an active shooter to a barricaded subject”. pic.twitter.com/B2Oo5pHBd5

— Andrew Kimmel (@andrewkimmel) May 27, 2022

McGraw acknowledges that officers did not enter the school when the gunman opened fire upon teachers and students inside. Border Patrol agents were the ones who stopped him, but not local law enforcement.

McGraw stated that McGraw believed that they were not dealing with an active shooter and that this was why the delay occurred. McGraw’s explanation was disputed when four children called 911 to report that 19 officers might have been outside the classroom. They didn’t try to gain entry.

While a more clarified timeline of #Uvalde has emerged after the latest press conference, it brings about more questions…
Why would the on scene commander make the call to move from an active shooter to a barricaded subject when there are children calling 911 from inside?

— Katie Jeffries (@Katie_Jeffries) May 27, 2022

They believed there were no more children at risk and that there was still time for a janitor to give them keys to the classroom.

This is why anti-gunners believe greater gun control will reduce mass shooting deaths. They argue that law enforcement failed in both cases and that guns are not able to stop school shootings.

This argument might be the most straightforward of all those made by the anti-gunner lobby.

Police can fail in many circumstances. These are the strongest arguments in favor of gun ownership for self-defense. When seconds matter, police are only minutes away.

This overlooks the fact that active shooters have been stopped by civilians and police in many cases. According to The Washington Examiner:

According to the FBI, “there were 61 active shooter incidents in 2021 with 140 deaths and 103 injuries. ”

Thirty-one of the shooters were arrested by law enforcement. 11 victims died of injuries suffered in an auto accident. One suspect is still at large, while 18 others were killed by another person, which includes four citizens.

Many stories are told about school resource officers who prevented mass shootings at their campuses.

What is the problem?

It doesn’t really matter. Armed officers can stop mass shootings. These laws would save more lives than armed security to protect children.

I recently pointed out that mass shootings at sporting events, courthouses, and government buildings are not common. These security measures help ensure these areas are safe. They are focused on arming the public, not saving lives.
