Andrzej Duda (President of Poland) met with representatives from both Facebook and Google-owned YouTube to discuss Russian “disinformation”.

The Polish government has adopted a mixed approach in dealing with online censorship. It promoted a law to protect citizens’ free speech rights from Silicon Valley censorship while also pushing tech giants to address alleged Russian “disinformation”.

Duda met recently with Susan Wojcicki (YouTube CEO), and Nick Clegg (Facebook Global Affairs VP) to discuss the matter.

According to the Chancellery, the President reported that ministers from the Chancellery were also present at the meeting: Wojciech Kolarski and Pawel Szrot, as well as Andrzej Zybertowicz, presidential advisor.

Andrzej duda met Nick Clegg, president of Meta, at the Presidential Palace a few days ago. The company, which was founded at the end last year, owns brands like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

The talks focused on the company’s activities and plans for the region, as well as the impact of the conflict in Ukraine. Andrzej Duda, President of the company, spoke on the topic of preventing dissemination of false information and disinformation.

The Duda government previously expressed interest in combating political censorship by Silicon Valley companies.

Democrat lawmakers and Republican legislators clashed in a heated markup of a gun-control bill Thursday. House Judiciary Committee members discussed different aspects of the issue, including the constitutionality or measures proposed by Democrats.

Protecting Our Kids Act (or the bill) calls for an increase in the legal limit to buy firearms from 18 years to 21 years. It also restricts certain firearm transfers and ensures traceability. The bill also imposes requirements about gun storage at home. Republicans pointed out constitutional problems in the bill while Democrats claimed they were hiding behind an excuse.

“[W]e have heard the same tired arguments that somehow this is impossible because the Constitution forbids it. This is… false,” Rep. David Cicilline (D-R.I.) charged. “The Supreme Court of the United States repeatedly stated that the Second Amendment was not absolute. That Congress and the states have the power – and I would argue the responsibility – of ensuring that appropriate restrictions are placed on both age and places you can bring firearms. Also, there must be limitations on the type of firearms that you can own.

“Don’t allow your Republican colleagues to hide behind the claim that, “Oh, we’d like to do something.” This is a serious problem. We offer our prayers and thoughts. Cicilline said, “But, you know that the Second Amendment prohibits them.” “This is false.”

However, Dan Bishop, R.N.C., stated that the bill had constitutional problems. He argued that it was true that the bill raises the age limit. Bishop cited Jones v. Bonta (Ninth Circuit) as an example of a California ban that prohibits the sale of semiautomatic center-fire weapons to anyone under 18 years old. The court ruled last month that the California ban was unconstitutional.

Bishop stated that the Bill of Rights covers self-defense rights at the core of the Second Amendment. He said that the Bill of Rights also covers “every other right”

Bishop claimed that home storage restrictions were prohibited by the Supreme Court case of District of Columbia, Heller. This Supreme Court case recognized the right to keep a gun at one’s house for self-defense.

Bishop stated, “But there is a willingness just to ram through the package and we don’t even have any patience for anyone who objects.” Republicans are complicit in the accusations and voices being raised. You won’t bully Americans into giving up their fundamental rights.

Cicilline countered by pointing out that Bishop’s argument against age limit changes was based upon the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals but that he was relying solely on the Supreme Court’s position, that the Second Amendment was not absolute and that the higher court should prevail.

Later, in the hearing, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) pointed out a different problem with Democrats’ bill. This is the same problem as the Gun Free School Zone Act which prohibits the carrying of guns within close proximity to schools. In 1995, the Supreme Court had ruled that the law was beyond Congress’s power. An amendment later clarified that it could only be applied to guns that have moved into or had an effect on interstate commerce.

Massie pointed out that, while certain provisions in the current bill contained that specification to ensure they fell within the Constitution’s Commerce Clause; others did not.

Hunter Biden’s exwife Kathleen Buhle, a memoir entitled “If We Break: a Memoir of Marital Addiction and Healing” outlines her relationship with Hunter and her divorce. She also reveals how her daughters discovered about Beau Biden’s affair with Beau’s widow through his phone. Buhle’s book excerpt states that her daughters found text messages from Beau and Hallie Biden on their father’s cell phone. Buhle drove to the house of their therapist after one of her daughters called in distress, asking her to meet them there.

Their therapist Debbie was asked to tell Buhle the truth about their affair. “Can you tell your daughter?” According to a portion of Debbie’s memoir, “We can’t do that,” she said to her daughter.

Buhle said that Debbie looked at her in the eyes and said, “Hunter is having an affair to Hallie.” After they broke the news, she described seeing her daughter’s expressions relax.

“I felt a strange vindication. It was not only that I wasn’t crazy, it was even worse than I imagined. I was shocked but not devastated. According to the excerpt, Buhle stated that heartbreak had already lowered my self-esteem over the past year. Debbie said to Buhle that Hunter had called her and that they were aware of the affair.

Buhle stated that it was a relief that there were no more secrets.

She also wrote about the relationship between Beau and Hallie after Beau’s death. Hunter spent much time with Hallie following the funeral, she wrote.

Buhle discovered a crack pipe hidden in an ashtray and made Hunter leave. She described her “own type of addiction”, which was watching Biden make credit card payments. He assured her that he was healthy and sober.

Buhle wrote that “I didn’t want to admit to myself or anyone else how unhealthy our relationship was.”

Buhle answered questions about the “Justice Department” investigation into her finances and business affairs.

She wrote in her memoir, “He started many ventures. . . A real estate investment fund, then a technology company. I didn’t know what any of it meant, nor how the businesses generated income for us. Although I was concerned that we were living beyond our means, I didn’t do anything to change that. Hunter and I managed money in a way that was simple. Hunter called me whenever I needed it. My debit card was declined in a number of stores more than once. Hunter would have to call me to transfer the money to my account. Hunter and I had nice cars and a beautiful house, but we were too fast for the hamster wheel.

Biden’s exwife wrote that after Joe Biden and Barack Obama won 2008, a Secret Service agent visited their house and stated that Hunter and their three daughters would be assigned Secret Service details. Buhle was not assigned agents, which Buhle said felt like “one constant reminder that I wasn’t a true Biden”.

She said that Hunter tried to tell her that Hunter was from a middle-class family when she first met him. She told Hunter that Hunter was a middle-class kid and didn’t have a ballroom after she went to his house.

Buhle was diagnosed in 2017 with colon cancer after her divorce. She is now four years old and cancer-free.

President Biden made a bizarre overnight announcement Tuesday that the United States would supply Ukraine with longer-range missile systems to aid it in fighting the Russian invasion.

This is a sudden change in Biden’s long-held and steadfast position that the United States would not send Ukraine missile systems that could strike Russian targets. Biden made the announcement to reporters on Monday, after returning to the White House from a weekend at Delaware’s waterfront home.

Biden then apparently went to the White House to compose an opinion piece. It is amazing to see how Biden can change policy without spending a dime and have a policy position paper printed within 24 hours.

Biden, or another person, wrote that Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, stated that, “this war could only be resolved through diplomacy. “All negotiations are based on ground facts”. We quickly sent Ukraine substantial amounts of ammunition so it can fight on the battlefield as well as at the negotiating table.

The author said that the Ukrainians will receive more sophisticated rocket systems and munitions to allow them to hit more precise targets on the Ukrainian battlefield.

The Biden administration is expected this week to approve sending shorter-range rocket missiles to Ukraine as part of the $40 billion aid package for the besieged country.

The Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS), known as HIMARS (High Mobility Rockets System), has a range of 83 to 185 miles based on the kind of artillery rockets and mobile platform being used. There are also wheeled versions of the MLRS that fire 6 missiles and there are tracked vehicles that fire 12 missiles.

Fox claims Biden was referring to a different, even longer-range missile when he made his remarks on Monday. Or perhaps the president was just misspeaking…again. But that didn’t stop Russia from condemning Tuesday’s announcement. “We believe that the United States is purposefully and diligently adding fuel to the fire,” remarked Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.

A reporter asked Peskov how Russia would react to Ukraine’s launch of U.S.-provided missiles into its interior. He said, “Let’s not discuss the worst-case scenario. ”

The Biden Collective and its globalist allies aren’t interested either in ending the conflict or working towards a peaceful solution. They want to defeat Russia by using Ukrainian proxy soldiers.

Tulsa police in Oklahoma reported that four people were killed and a suspect gunman was also dead following an active shooter situation. He then committed suicide.

According to authorities, the Tulsa Police Department stated that officers responded to calls about an active shooter at the Natalie Medical Building at 5:50 p.m. The suspect was unidentified and was armed with a rifle as well as a handgun.

Officers arrived on the second floor of the building to find the victims and the gunman.

According to the police, no other threat was identified at the moment.

The Natalie Medical Building is used primarily for orthopedic and sports medicine.

Police said that families were asked to meet at Memorial High School. The authorities are asking people to leave the area.

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt issued a statement in response to the shooting.

“What happened in Tulsa today was a senseless act of violence and hatred. Sarah and I pray for the families of the victims and those who sustained injuries. I am thankful for the bravery and quick actions of the Tulsa Police Department, and all the first responders who tried to control a horrible situation. Mayor G.T. I have offered to help. Bynum all state resources may be required, and I ask Oklahomans to support the Saint Francis Health System community. Stitt added that Oklahomans should also come together to mourn those whose lives were forever changed.”

Tara Setmayer, ABC’s co-host of “The View,” blamed Tuesday’s Uvalde school shootings on a “rise in violent Christian nationalism.”

It’s part and parcel of Christian nationalism. We have witnessed a rise in violent Christian nationalism. This is also alarming. Setmayer stated that they use biblical principles and pervert them in order to justify their actions.

She continued, “Particularly in Texas, this is a growing movement.” It’s Trump, guns, and God. Or God, guns, and whatever. It is a part of their ethos.”

Setmayer is a senior advisor to the anti-Republican group, the Lincoln Project. He was acting as the guest host in the only conservative slot on the show.

Whoopi Goldberg, co-host of the show, added to Setmayer’s point and appeared to blame Christians for racism and slavery.

It’s been this way since the beginning. This was how it was in the south. Goldberg stated that they used to refer to the Bible as “You’re not people”. God doesn’t view you as people so we don’t consider you people.

Goldberg called for the ban on AR-15s.

“I don’t care NRA. You have to give up that gun. You can keep your other ‘ye ha guns’. The AR-15 isn’t a hunting gun. Goldberg stated that the AR-15 is not a gun for hunting. This gun is designed to kill people. It’s that purpose. It’s not yours anymore.

Sunny Hostin, co-host, took aim at Daniel Defense, a gun manufacturer for a tweet featuring a child with an unloaded gun and a Bible verse attached.

The View’s comments show a trend by some media outlets to call Christianity a tool for violence and white supremacy. TIME published a piece titled “It’s time to stop giving Christianity a pass on white supremacy and violence” last month.

A columnist for the LA Times also attacked Christians who converted to the faith after the Uvalde shooting. He accused them of supporting a “return of the kind of faith which allowed brutal enslavement of the land to be the law of this land for centuries.”

President Biden was criticized for repeating the false narrative that the 2nd Amendment didn’t allow anyone to own cannons during the founding of the United States.

A couple of Ohio grandparents are behind bars after allegedly taking part in cruel punishments their daughter has been accused of imposing on her stepson, a juvenile boy, who police say was so mistreated he developed “atrophy in his legs” and PTSD.

Lt. Joe Macaluso from Delhi Township Police Officer said that if there’s a victim of this abuse, it’s tragic. It is very sad to see someone vulnerable, such as an elderly person or child.

Susan Rodriguez (68) and Armin Rodriguez (71) are both being held in Hamilton County Jail on child endangerment charges.

Macaluso said that it was difficult to investigate because of the severity of the abuse. ”

Macaluso claims that the punishments continued for many years. These included putting the boy in isolation and beating him.

Macaluso said that he wasn’t allowed to urinate without the permission of his grandmother or mother.

Macaluso said that the investigation was prompted in part by previous charges against the victim’s father, and stepmother. They were both accused of similar abuse by a neighboring department in February.

He claimed that his child had told him that the same treatment was used by his step-grandparents in his jurisdiction. His step-grandmother would then take him to their home and tell him that he was in serious trouble. He will be placed in timeout or grounded. ”

Court records indicate that Amy Rodriguez Dangel is facing 11 child-endangerment charges for allegedly “recklessly torturing and cruelly abusing” her stepson in the period from January 2018 to April 2021. Anthony Dangel is also charged with allegedly violating the duty of care.

Macaluso said that the grand jury had indicted the step-grandparents directly.

Joe Deters, Hamilton County Prosecutor stated that the torture inflicted upon this child by his grandparents was “unimaginable.” He is now safe with his family members who love him.

Rudy Salas, a California Democrat Assemblyman and candidate for Congress, admitted to lying about his age on Tinder and Bumble. This was after a Tuesday report revealed screenshots of his profile. Salas is running as a Democrat to challenge U.S. Rep. David Valadao, (R-CA), in the midterm elections within the newly drawn Twenty Second Congressional District. This was after the San Joaquin Valley Sun published screenshots from a female user on Tuesday.

Salas’s campaign confirmed that the screenshots were accurate after the Sun published them. It portrays the congressional hopeful as being 11 years younger than he really is.

His Tinder profile said that he was 34 years old, a “World Traveler”, and had never married. His profile said, “Let’s laugh, smile and enjoy the journey”

According to Tinder, the five-term assemblyman also works as an “Agent in Government”

In the question-and answer section of his Bumble profile, he revealed that honesty, loyalty, and a good-hearted heart are his top qualities.

His “zombie-apocalypse plan,” which he calls “the zombie apocalypse,” is to “live out the apocalypse, reb…society…and have some fun **** along the way.”

The Congressional Leadership Fund, a Super PAC supported by the House Republicans leadership, questioned Salas’s lies.

Salas will face ex-Fresno City Councilman Chris Mathys, and Kings County Board of Education Trustee Adam Medeiros at the primary on June 7.

Sheryl Sandberg was the chief operating officer at Meta. This announcement came after the company’s rise to global prominence that led to several scandals.

Sandberg was a 14-year veteran of Facebook and was one of the top executives at CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

In a lengthy Facebook post, she said that “Sitting beside Mark for these 14 years was the honor and privilege to a lifetime.” Mark is a visionary and a caring leader. He often says that we grew together and he is right.

Zuckerberg wrote a Facebook post praising Sandberg for much of the company’s success.

He wrote, “When Sheryl joined my company in 2008, I was only 23, and I didn’t know much about running a business.”

Zuckerberg said that Sheryl “architected our ads business, recruited great people, and forged our management culture and taught me how I run a company.” “Sheryl created opportunities for millions around the globe, and she deserves the credit to so much of what Meta has become today.”

Sandberg will be leaving the company this fall. Zuckerberg plans to rebrand Meta platforms, and shift the company’s focus towards building the metaverse.

Sandberg stated in her post that she will be focusing on her philanthropic work as well as her family.
