Mother Handcuffed by Police in Uvalde Speaks out, Dropping A Bombshell

0

Details of the inept police response to the Uvalde school shooting began to leak out in the days following. We also covered the delaying entry to the school. This was only after Border Patrol agents refused to obey orders to neutralize the shooter. A shocking revelation was the fact that parents who begged law enforcement to allow them into the school were subdued and, in some cases, handcuffed, and tased.

A woman broke free to rescue her children and made headlines. Now she is speaking out. Angeli Gomez also makes a scathing accusation against the police.

The mom that ran in and saved her kids after being handcuffed in Uvalde finally spoke out. pic.twitter.com/wHNouRkCY7

— barbarism critic (luxury gay space communist arc) (@SxarletRed) June 3, 2022

Gomez describes an alarming scene in which police placed her in handcuffs as she asked to enter the school to pick up her children. After being let out of the handcuffs, she ran and entered the school. After finding her children in the chaos, she fled.

The mother also claims that she could hear gunshots coming from outside the building while her children were inside it. This contradicts the police’s claim that all victims died within a matter of minutes. This is why they didn’t storm the classroom immediately.

Gomez’s tale didn’t end here. This is where it gets really frustrating. She claims that someone from the police called her following the shooting and threatened to accuse her of obstruction of justice if they failed to address their failings to her.

CBS News: the mom in Uvalde who police handcuffed, and who ran into the school to rescue her children, says that law enforcement called her with a threat: if she talked to the media about the police response she would face an obstruction of justice chargehttps://t.co/AwhtXhUJYf

— Hamza Shaban (@hshaban) June 4, 2022

This story keeps getting worse. I don’t know why any prosecutor or law enforcement official would threaten a mother trying to save her children and tell the truth about what happened that morning. But I know that the person responsible for this must be fired immediately. This kind of abuse of power is not acceptable, even if it was done to cover up the police’s cowardice and malfeasance.

Gomez should be able to identify the person she spoke to. This cannot be ignored. The situation must be rethought. A lot of the police on the scene, from the top to the ranks and the command, must be disciplined for the failures of that day. Children were killed who would have been alive today if they had not acted. They should have stormed the school and threatened parents instead of handcuffing them.

We learn more about the fact that obsessing about guns will not stop these murders. Law enforcement that does their job will help to stop or limit these killings.

Kamala Delivers Cringetastic Moment During Speech to US Mayors

0

On Friday, Vice President Kamala Harris addressed the U.S. Conference of Mayors, Reno, NV. A glance at the agenda shows that it was the type of forum that a progressive politician such as Harris would feel comfortable speaking before.

UPI reported:

The U.S. Conference of Mayors issued a letter in August 2019, asking Senator Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-K.Y.), to quickly take action and pass two bills that address the devastating effects of gun violence on Americans.

Mayors demand that the Senate approve the Bipartisan Background Check Act (Bipartisan Background Check Act) and the Enhanced Background Check Act.

While she was reciting old talking points about “gun violence”, as we’ve reported here, she added a new term: “Epidemics of hate” from which America is currently suffering.

Harris stated that the country is currently facing an epidemic of hatred in which people are targeted because they are different because of their race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.

“We have to be honest about what’s happening and admit that the hatred we see is not new. There have been people who view diversity and inclusion as a weakness, not the strength that we know to exist.

She did, almost reflexively also, what the Biden Administration continues to do: blame the flailing economic system on the pandemic, and Putin.

“The pandemic has caused a slowdown in the supply chain worldwide. Harris stated that the unprovoked war in Ukraine by Russian President Vladimir Putin has had a ripple effect on the global economy.

“Both of these factors have led to rising costs, and people in your cities are feeling the pinch”.

They are unwilling to accept any responsibility for their actions. What’s the solution? As usual, more government spending. Here’s the problem: Kamala just mixed in things that didn’t belong together.

Harris stated that the Biden administration was doing “everything within its power” to lower American families’ costs of goods and services, including “bringing down child care costs.”

Nick Arama (the premier Kamala/Biden translator on these pages), might have more insight into Kamala Harris’ intentions in the clip below. The significance of the clip is beyond me, I have to admit.

Muslim Leaders Tell Lefts, Stop Comparing Pro-Lifers to the Taliban, It Makes Us Look Bad

0

When the Supreme Court leak was first reported, Leftists immediately compared pro-lifers to the Taliban. The Daily Show stated that they were determined to make women suffer by banning the practice of murder in the womb. “After all the years spent yelling about Sharia’s threat, it turned out they were only jealous. Mia Farrow tweeted that Republicans would be “happy to impose Sharia law.” Another user on Twitter summarized the situation as follows: “Abortion is illegal since its inception.” Another Twitter user summarized the situation: “Schools are taught religion. Rejection of gay marriage. Rejection of science. Republican or Taliban? They all look exactly the same to me.” But, Muslim leaders in America are calling foul. These comparisons to Republicans give Sharia a bad name.

NorthJersey.com reported Wednesday that the comparisons were not only offensive but also inaccurate. It stated that some American states have stricter abortion laws than Afghanistan. This allows abortion when the mother’s health or the likelihood of the child being born with severe disabilities is at risk.

Daisy Khan, the founder of the New York-based Women’s Islamic Initiative in Spirituality and Equality (whose husband Faisal Abul Raf was one of the main drivers behind the ground zero mosque initiative), stated that “we can’t preach women’s rights to other countries while we’re stepping away [American] women’s reproductive right. ”

Khan and her colleagues believe we can’t promote abortion by comparing its foes to Muslims who follow Islamic law to the last detail. The perverse way they do this is by calling Islam misogynistic and comparing it with Sharia.

NorthJersey.com claims Abed Awad is “a national expert in Islamic law”, but doesn’t explain why. Awad states that Sharia is more egalitarian than the Taliban when it comes down to terminating a woman’s pregnancy.

NorthJersey.com quotes Muslim leaders complaining about Islam’s inability to support life. They are also dissatisfied that Sharia is being discussed as if it were a bad thing. This shows how their decades-long public relations campaigns, even among allies, have failed. No matter how well-designed Sharia is, they would not consider it a weapon against prolifers.

Trevor Noah’s comments, and Mia Farrow’s remarks, “prove it. ”

It’s easy to see why some Islamic leaders find it irritating. The slightest opposition to jihad terror could lead to accusations against you of “hatred or bigotry.” Even the slightest opposition to jihad terror can lead to accusations of “hatred and bigotry”.

Biden Silent On Hardening School Security In Prime Time Address On Gun Violence

0

President Joe Biden gave a prime-time speech of 20 minutes about gun violence. He mentioned a variety of gun control policies but did not mention the importance for school security.

The president responded to the school shooting in Uvalde (Texas) last week, which left 19 children and two teachers dead. He presented a variety of proposals, including Red Flag laws, increasing the gun purchase limit above 18, banning assault weapons, and introducing Red Flag laws. However, he did not mention, anywhere in his speech, that armed security guards should be placed on school campuses, or improving school security. Social media was a hot topic for conservatives:

Contrary to earlier reports, Uvalde’s shooter did not receive armed force from “good guys with guns” prior to entering the school to carry out his massacre. Breitbart News reported at the time that gun control supporters had taken advantage of early reports that the shooting had been stopped by a “good man with a gun”. After a brief exchange of gunfire, local police entered the building and retreated. Border Patrol officers then entered the building and killed him.

Karine Jean-Pierre, Biden’s press secretary, stated outright that the administration doesn’t support hardening schools.

Jean-Pierre stated that he was aware of the discussion about hardening schools. However, he did not believe in it at a White House press conference. Jean-Pierre stated that he believes we should be able give teachers the resources they need to do their job.

Recent polls show that the majority of Americans support arming teachers with concealed firearms and school staff.

Leon Panetta Calls On Biden To Admit He Made A Mistake On Inflation

0

Leon Panetta, former Obama Secretary of Defense, stated Thursday that President Biden should learn from Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen to admit that inflation is temporary in order to regain credibility.

Panetta stated that the administration had failed to create a strategy for combating rising inflation threats during an interview with Neil Cavuto on “Your World” because it underestimated the extent of America’s suffering.

Panetta’s comments come shortly after Yellen on CNN admitted that she did not anticipate the impact inflation would have and that she was wrong to initially think that the risks were small and manageable.

The former defense official stated that the inflation rates are crippling American communities and that Biden must take decisive actions to show his administration is up for the challenge of alleviating the nation’s economic woes.

He encouraged the White House’s consideration of a strategy that included reducing tariffs with China and expediting the legal migration process to fill the jobs gap.

Panetta said, “We’re speaking about the national interests. It is clear that politics has prevailed on all fronts, and I am aware of the political year we are in. That is a problem I can understand. As president of the United States, you have to look out for the country’s best interests when trying to solve a major problem. It must be public and private, and both Republican and Democrat have to work together to find a strategy to combat inflation.

Panetta stated that he believes it is possible to reduce inflation using a strategy that resonates well with the public.

Biden Says Second Amendment Is Not Absolute In Call To Reinstate Assault Weapons Ban

0

President Biden recently stated that the Second Amendment was “not absolute”. He pleaded with Congress to pass gun control legislation he called “commonsense”. This included a ban on assault weapons, background checks and limitations on magazine capacity. Speaking from the White House’s Cross Hall, the president stated that Americans should not be able to access guns without their consent.

Biden said, “This isn’t about taking away anybody’s rights. It’s about protecting the children. It’s about protecting families. It’s about protecting entire communities. It’s about protecting our rights to go to school, grocery store, and church without fear of being shot or killed.

After a spate of mass shootings in New York, Texas and Oklahoma in recent weeks, the president made these remarks.

A gunman shot and killed four people at the Natalie Medical Building, St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Okla.

Salvador Ramos, an alleged gunman, killed 19 children and 2 teachers at Robb Elementary School, Uvalde, Texas, last week.

Officials say that 18-year old Payton Gendron opened fire on a Tops Friendly Market in Buffalo, New York, killing 10 and injuring at least three more. Authorities have stated that eleven victims were Black while two of the victims were White.

Pointing to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that showed guns were “the number one killer of American children”, the president said.

Since months, the president has been urging Congress to pass gun control legislation. This would include background checks for all gun sales and ban the sale or possession of unserialized guns, banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, as well as gun manufacturer liability protection.

Biden’s 2023 budget proposal urged Congress to provide funding for his comprehensive strategy to reduce gun violence and make our communities safer.

Biden stated that he supports bipartisan efforts, which include a small group of Democrats as well as Republican senators who are trying to find a way.

According to the president, he “has been in this fight for gun control for a long time.”

Biden pointed to the 2022 Midterm Elections and said that he believed “the majority” of you would act to make this issue central in your vote.

Biden’s speech comes as Congress debates the “Protecting Our Kids Act”, a broad piece of gun control legislation. Republicans claim it is unconstitutional, but Democrats argue that it is common sense.

These bills include proposals to increase the minimum age to purchase a semi-automatic gun from 18 to 21 years old, a ban on high capacity magazines, a registry for bump stock and many other items.

Thursday’s House committee meeting saw Democrats rail against the NRA, Republicans and assault weapons, as well as the Senate. They also expressed outrage at the fact that the U.S. has not enacted stricter gun laws despite recent mass shootings.

Next week, the legislation and a bill on red-flag laws will be up for a vote in the House.

However, House-passed gun legislation will not make it to the Senate. The Senate’s 60-vote filibuster threshold allows Republicans to have their say on any legislation.

A dozen senators representing both parties are currently participating in discussions about possible legislation that would have a much smaller impact than any legislation coming from the House. Federal legislation that would encourage states to adopt red flag laws and expand background checks are two of the topics on the table.

Former Media Darling and Creepy Porn Lawyer Michael Avenatti Sentenced to Four More Years in Prison

0

Already imprisoned lawyer and CNN fave Michael Avenatti was sentenced Thursday to four more years in prison for cheating adult film “star” Stormy Daniels out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in royalties. He was also ordered to pay $148,750 in restitution and forfeit about $297,000.

A California lawyer serving two-and-a-half years for trying to extort Nike £22.5 million was sentenced to Manhattan federal court. His behavior was called “ravenous” by the judge, who also accused him of “blind ambition span>

Prior to the sentence being announced, Avenatti, wearing his prison uniform after a judge denied his request to wear a suit, choked up several times as he said he had “disappointed scores of people and failed in a cataclysmic way.” Yes. Yes, you did, Michael.

Tucker Carlson was the fool Avenatti was in 2018, and Avenatti attempted to make fun of him with this line: “How could you have a show when your mind is so bogus?” Tucker however cut and diced Avenatti, and called him creepy. This nickname has remained popular.

Avenatti was convicted of stealing $300,000. Daniels’ $800,000. Advance for her book, “Full Disclosure.” She claims she had an affair with Donald Trump in her book “.

He represented himself during the trial to try and discredit Stormy Danis. He even asked Stormy Daniels’ ex-client about her belief in the supernatural.

He spent them (the payments) on his law firm’s payroll, plane tickets, restaurants, and a monthly lease of about $3,900 for a Ferrari, prosecutors said. Although Mr. Avenatti eventually sent Ms. Daniels about half the money he received, prosecutors said, she never got the rest.

$3,900 per month? Now you know why I don’t own a Ferrari.

Avenatti became famous after he was asked by Stormy Daniels to represent him in her lawsuit against Trump. But, it was a fawning moment on CNN that earned him a reputation for which he won’t be able to recover. Brian Stelter was viewed over 108 times.

He failed spectacularly to dunk on the managing editor.

We are able to find satisfaction in this story in many ways. This story allows us to see an obvious liar get his due. But, this is not the same as our satisfaction with many other Trump-era scandals. Peter Strzock, a corrupt FBI agent, still has freedom. However, the 51 intelligence officers who lied about Hunter Biden’s laptop were not charged. Lyin’ James Comey will likely be negotiating another book deal.

This episode is a sad reminder about how corrupt media has become, and how far the Deep State will go to remove a president they don’t like. Our “journalists” tried to make Avenatti a hero.

They should be ashamed of themselves.

Jonathan Turley: ACLU Hit Rock Bottom Involving Itself in Celebrity Gossip

0

Jonathan Turley is a legal scholar who called the verdict in favor of Johnny Depp a “massive insult victory” before attacking the corrupt ACLU. He wrote the article “The Depp Trial and the Demise Of The ACLU”:

Even though actual damages are unlikely, it’s important to share the verdict with others. The American Civil Liberties Union should be the one to be most criticized.

Turley apologizes to Anthony Romero (ACLU Executive Director) for the disastrous policies that led to this catastrophe.

Romero has made it more political and more scandal-prone. It is far removed from the principles that once protected its original mission.

Emails revealed that the ACLU wrote the article at the heart of the defamation case. They knew they were crossing a line due to Heard’s signed agreement with Depp that neither side would criticize the other in public.

The emergence of the ACLU at the heart of one of the most sordid celebrity trials in history is the final measure of the decline of this once celebrated civil liberties group. It was not easy to get here. It took the determined work of former President Susan N. Herman, current president Deborah Archer, and Romeo to erase decades of apolitical and impactful advocacy on behalf of civil liberties for all. The trial put the new ACLU on full review as just another political advocacy group. What many saw was not the courageous group that once defended the free speech rights of Nazis. Instead, what they saw was an organization [that] seemed to be pandering to celebrities.

And not only pandering but using one celebrity to attack another celebrity so they could score political points against the left’s favorite villain, Donald Trump. The Federalists wrote about the connection.

They are not only pandering but also using celebrities to attack celebrities in order to score political points against Donald Trump.

Gerry Johnson wrote an email to Jodi Gotlieb, Heard’s publicist on November 6, 2018, at 2:22 p.m. The email stated that “I’d like your and Amber’s thoughts regarding doing an op-ed where she discusses how survivors from gender-based abuse have been less secure under Trump’s administration.” How people can take action. ”

You cannot get lower than defamation. I would sue them for $8 million.

Turley closed his piece with a bang.

After the Depp-Heard trial, the ACLU was in freefall. Many critics saw Amber Heard, who they considered to be the right face and ambassador of the ACLU.

Can the ACLU be held liable for their part in the defamatory article about Depp? It would be fun to find, out but the chances of Heard suing her co-conspirators are pretty slim when the person she has always wanted to abuse is Depp. Expect her to drag him through the courts as many times as she can.

Former Trump Economic Advisor Peter Navarro Indicted Over Jan. 6 Committee Subpoena

0

The Hill reported that a federal grand jury indicted Peter Navarro, an ex-Trump administration economic advisor, for failing to comply with subpoenas issued by the House Jan.6 Select Committee.

According to the outlet, Navarro is facing two misdemeanor contempt of Congress charges. According to The Hill, Navarro’s indictment has been made public. He could spend as much as a year in prison and face fines up to $100,000 for each count if he is found guilty.

According to the Associated Press, the first count is for avoiding a formal deposition and the second for failing to provide documents the committee requested to review. In April, the committee voted to disqualify Navarro.

Fox News’s Chad Pergram, Fox News’ correspondent pointed out that Steve Bannon was the only person the Department of Justice pursued after a vote of the committee to hold him contemptuous, despite Dan Scavino and former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows also receiving contempt votes.

1) Peter Navarro is now the second figure who has not complied with a subpoena by the 1/6 committee to be prosecuted by the DoJ.

Former Trump aide Steve Bannon defied a subpoena. The House held Bannon in contempt and the DoJ decided to prosecute him.

CBS News reported that Navarro filed a lawsuit earlier this week against the department and the committee over a subpoena.

Weekend at Biden’s

0

Weekend at Bernie’s answered the age-old question of how many laughs can movie milk out of the corpse of a dead fraudster. “Weekend at Biden’s” is giving us the answer to how many tears will the Left shed trying to control the walking husk of a fraudulent president.

One is a strangely enduring dark comedy and the other is an ’80s movie.

Larry Wilson and Richard Parker (Jonathan Silverman) try to convince Bernie Lomax, (Terry Kiser), to believe that Bernie Lomax’s cold body is still a party animal.

CNN’s Edward Isaac Dovere reported that “Biden’s struggle to connect with voters is part of a deeper dysfunction among White House aides. ”

Dovere was told, by someone who understood the chaos, “You’re thinking,” “Why are you doing it?”

Biden receives weekly reports from his circle on metrics like local newspaper coverage, length, content, speeches on cable, and videos posted on Twitter by staff.

The “Weekend at Biden” divide is made up of people in Biden’s inner circles, who have been around Biden for longer than most staff.

This is where there’s a fight for the White House.

Dovere wrote that the president “at the center” is someone who “is still trying his self to calibrate himself to the office. ”

Biden has been in office almost non-stop for his entire adult life. He still can’t “calibrate” himself after 17 months in his current office.

Older aides dismiss the younger aides as being too caught up in the tweet-by-tweet thinking they say lost the 2020 election for everyone else. Younger aides give up – what’s the point of working up innovative ideas, they ask themselves if the ideas constantly get knocked down and the aides get looked down on for suggesting them?

“Why aren’t we doing this?” is a good question.

It appears that things aren’t going as planned for The Real President, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain.

Klain came in with big ambitions for the Big Guy, sincerely believing he could take an unloved, un-feared, nearly unconscious, near-octogenarian and, with the help of bare majorities in Congress, turn Biden into the next FDR.

Instead, the chief of staff can’t even manage the president’s staff — which is Klain’s one actual function.

Rumors suggest Klain may leave the company following the midterms. These will be disastrous for Klain, who is likely to use them as a first excuse for being chief executive.

Klain should instead be given a white towel with a samurai knife.

Klain could be replaced by Anita Dunn, a senior Biden advisor who specializes in hatchet jobs for struggling Democrats.

White House counsel Steve Ricchetti, who is a swamp dweller without any particular history dating back to the Clinton administration, is also being looked at.

Susan Rice, White House domestic policies director, is the last option. During the Obama administration, Rice gained significant notoriety for her “going to Sunday Shows and lying.”

It’s impossible to imagine Miracle Max if there is someone who can breathe new life into this dying body of the Biden Administration.

Besides, “Weekend at Biden’s” isn’t mostly dead — it’s all dead.

The delightful Weekend at Bernie’s wrapped up in a brisk 97 minutes.

For the next 31-months, we’re forced to watch the horrible “Weekend At Biden’s” from our cheap seats.
